I stayed here for one night on a 30-day self-driving road trip that included both far northern and southern Laos, to Vat Phou. The vehicle, a four-wheel drive Ford pickup truck was hired from and returned to Luang Prabang. I chose this hotel because the owner was friendly and welcoming. A nice guy who speaks English fairly well. It's a typical budget guest house, but unfortunately, it was very dirty and run-down. The toilet seat was broken, and the hot water/shower did not function properly. On a more positive note: The Wi-Fi worked well and the air-conditioning was fine. At a walk-in rate of 250,000 LAK, I CAN NOT recommend it. I gave it two dots because the owner is a nice guy.

Bed was really comfy and room was a decent size. My only comment is I don't think the room has b en cleaned/ dusted for a very long time. We also had some random flip flops left in the bathroom. It's a shame because this place would be perfect if cleaner.
