I had a great experience. Travelled as a family of 4 and the reception was amazing. The welcome drinks were tasty and we couldn’t have picked a better room. However, may i suggest for the following improvement: 1: Anti slip mats in the bathroom. The whole floor is marble and my 1 year old is slipping about trying to get from the bathroom to the private pool. 2: Pesky mosquitoes are everywhere. Would be good to install those electric socket mosquito repellent. 3: Because of the amount of bugs at night its a bit of a drag to get to the minibar since we have to literally open the door to the veranda to access it.

Best for couple and families. Breakfast line are good for everyone.

Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird shits which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird shits and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

Great ambiance and environment being surrounded by nature. Nestled next to the Khao Yai Nature Park. Room was clean and tidy. Service staff were friendly. Breakfast and dinner had ample choices. The only complain I had was dinner took very long to be served on the first night. Provided feedback and the issue was rectified. Will visit again if I am ever in Khao Yai!

1) Bathrobe’s dirty ,2) dinner in (Papillon)Hotel Restaurants on 20 Dec,Waitresses Service is Excellent .3) The worst part is I didn’t go to the Papillon bar for drinks, when I check out today , I received a bill of Papillon Bar $1541.78 baht, and charged in my room, I looked at the Bill, the Room number is look like 124 , but when you look seriously is 127 , also check out the Signature is not my Signature. For a Five Star Hotel, this is really unacceptable and Outrageous.4） When I checked in, I asked to see any largest room available,suitable for my next choice? They have a record of my request but no reply?

Well attention and serviced-mind from the staffs upon your arrival. Breakfast was good. Impressed with the service for giving alms to monks upon request. Biking around the lake was a good chill-out before check out.

We love the hotel's unique design by Bill Bensley. Rooms are beautifully decorated with heritage train design. Their bathroom amenities by BYREDO are really nice. A walk or a bike around their lovely lake is highly recommended.

was mesmerised by the landscape surrounded by greeneries.Good for escapes from city life.Very laidback and quiet. The staff was helpful ,friendly and willing to help the guest.We are vegetarian and when we came for breakfast, they took note and recommend us which food we able to take.Very personalised approach! Overall we were impressed and left with a good feeling.

This is the best dog friendly hotel in thailand . Design is super beautiful . Environment really nice , lots of space for kids and dogs to walk around . Restaurant food is amazing , if you have kids and dogs , this is the best holiday hotel . Lots of activities to do in the resort , children and dogs love it
