Alua Village Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

Had a fantastic time everything was exceptional 👌

Our first impression was not a good one as there is no porterage and we had to carry and drag our own cases to our room which included stairs. We paid extra for a sea view which was only a partial one but the area our room was in a quiet part of the hotel. Again anyone with a disability would have some difficulty with all the stairs . Reception staff were excellent. We paid extra for my favourite club which was well worth it. I did aqua fit in the indoor pool and the metal steps into it need fixing or replacing as they are loose!The French entertainment staff were loud and sometimes intrusive inside and outside! Every night in the main bar at 7.30 as part of their contract (so we were informed) they have a French game for over half an hour which no one but French can understand (i pointed out that if they explained it in any other language prior to it starting we might’ve tried to enjoy it). The food was not too bad but the chef preparing omelettes also had to do pancakes fried eggs and also replenish bacon etc - no wonder he never smiled. There was lots of chipped crockery. The menu in the al a carte restaurant was very limited and I was told was the same every night - a tuna starter and also for the main and you had to buy drink in there even tho we were all inclusive ! The bbq one lunchtime was excellent. The housekeeping was also excellent and the hotel is very clean. All In all not a bad holiday but there are areas needing improvement! Also beware of mosquitoes in the room so be sure to take some repellent!

The hotel was very clean, however, if you do not speak French this isn't for you. The entertainment was all in French and the food is mostly aimed for French guests. The outdoor pools are freezing are were hardly used. Please be mindful this is a very remote hotel and of you want to go for a walk, it us very hilly, not for people with disabilities etc. This hotel is more for couples, it is not really for young kids.

My partner and I just returned from this hotel for a week in June’24 and we couldn't fault it. Having read reviews and being an English couple, we weren’t sure what sort of welcome we’d get but the staff were all lovely to us, specifically reception. The hotel itself is very modern and clean with cleaners turning down the room everyday (at alternative times so it was always while we were out). The pools were a little on the chilly side but the hospitality really made it for us. The town of Morro Jable is about a 7 min taxi ride away (less than €9) and we were able to get a car within minutes of asking reception. Would definitely return here and wouldn’t let reviews put anyone off.

Stayed here march for 7 nights 3 adults 1 child First impressions hotel looks beautiful and clean, check in took over a hour before receptionist told us to leave our luggage and go get food as the restaurant would be closing soon and to then come back Once we got checked in, myself and my husband had upgraded to the my favourite club so we was quite close to the main hotel area The other adult and child was in a normal room lower down the hill Our rooms were both lovely, can’t fault the cleanliness, both turned out everyday and beds changed upon request which we did daily, can’t fault the rooms at all. The aircon was decent too so that was a bonus, staff were all lovely and helpful albeit spa staff struggled to understand but we figured a way in the end, the hotel is quite secluded which we didn’t mind as we prefer the quiet and was only a 10 min taxi ride to nearest shopping area Does have a bit of a hill to get down to the beach which is fine if you have no disability issues but lovely once you get down to the beach, has a lovely little cafe on the beach too food was very repetitive for us unfortunately if your not a massive fan of fish and don’t eat pork your going to struggle although was plenty on offer only offered chicken /turky twice beef once then either fish or pork but that’s more of a me problem being fussy Pool areas, inside and out do need some attention tiles missing especially on the indoor jacuzzi let it down a lot and the sauna never worked when we was there which was unfortunate,the only bad review I would give the hotel is that the entertainment is very much geared towards the French all night every night which we felt we were quite excluded if you have multiple nationalities staying there they could at least offer some entertainment towards those too, but every night was French related would be a nice little get away otherwise, but needs attention in certain areas

Lovely hotel. Clean facilities. Helpful staff. Big, clean pools. However, we did not realise this is a French hotel so can’t comment on entertainment as most of it is French. Food is also quite bland with not much variety and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Walking distance to a lovely beach

Room 2210, A very clean, big bedroom with two very comfortable beds. We paid £95 extra for sea view but there was a wall which was the side of a building in front. You could see a bit of the sea on the left of it but I would not describe it as sea view. It was away from the main hotel and very quiet and peaceful. To get to the beach is a good 10 mins walk down the hill. Lovely white sandy beach, sun beds cost 15€ per day for 2 with umbrella on the beach. It’s windy all the time. The gardens are kept neat and clean. The food was great, lots of choices for all tastes. Fresh fish, fruit and all cooked well. The staff seem to be rushed off their feet and do not have time to be attentive but will get you what ever you need if you ask. Again so clean every where. Entertainment was a bit basic. I would rate this hotel 3 stars .

We came back from Alua village last night. We stayed for a week and had a mixed experience more pros than cons. Service was astounding, Esteban and Ozzo stood out to us during our stay. The food was really good only issue was the amount of flies but that can’t be helped it’s just that time of year. Room was spacious and clean, entertainment could have been more interactive but was still okay. Overall satisfied with our stay
