Very disappointed in this property. I booked primarily for a comfortable bed, which it was not. I woke up in pain both days. Nobody came to refill the coffee and condiments in the room. The hottub jets don't really work well. There was a water leak in front of the elevator on level 3 which caused the floor to be wet and smelly. I would like to say that the staff were all very kind.

This place is very poorly cleaned, there was a pile of dust and debris under and behind furniture. The pool isn’t regularly cleaned either, dirk floating around. Front staff has to be hollered at if you need them, they’re very rarely at the desk. The food was alright for a hotel.

I have been coming to this hotel off and on for a couple of years for business. When I stay it is an extended stay for weeks at a time. The staff is awesome and make you feel welcome. The amenities are great and it is close to everything that you would need. I would stay here over and over.

It's a nice hotel with a nice pool. There's also a free breakfast buffet. But the best part is Alicia at the front desk! She's nice, helpful and just the best. She helped us with several changes and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend it!

Everyone was excellent! They took care of everything. With medical issues, we never knew what was up, but Alesha (sp?) got us a room EVERY TIME! We didn't know if we were coming or going sometimes, but she had our backs. Mark and Greg - go to guys! And Verica was wonderful, worked at my wife's schedule - a special lady: She we will miss the most!!! And don't forget to grab some coffee and a variety of breakfast choices, changing daily. All were great folks! We hope we don't need to come back, but if we do, we'll know we're in great hands! Jon & Alice W

The best part: Janet, the breakfast staff. She was amazing! She was very patient with our small children and requests for straws, extra napkins, and restock requests. She bussed our tables and was very friendly and welcoming. The food selection was definitely above average for the complimentary breakfast. Stayed for a wedding with multiple suites. Very spacious, 2 bedroom suites were perfect our family of 5 and smaller suites for the grandparents. They cleaned the room on the second morning which was perfect. Overall very happy with our stay!

The room is very roomy and comfortable. This is a nice clean hotel convenient to Sam’s Club and many restaurants and stores. The breakfast is excellent! Janet serves a wonderful breakfast with so many delicious options and she knows about Gluten Free options. I was thrilled to find gf muffins, bagels, plus hard boiled eggs. Fruit. Yogurt. OST meal fixings (I brought my own gf oatmeal) plus many other options. Everything was hot and clean

We regularly visit and love it! It is clean, welcoming and comfy. Everyone is helpful and professional. We appreciate Janet, who is responsible for breakfast. She does a wonderful job and it's delicious. She even lets us sneak something before opening, if we have to leave.
