Well equipped caravan for all or needs, lovely warm and cosy for the time of year and bonus hot tub which was lovely and warm even in the rain, out of season so so onsite shop shut but only a short walk to the local spar and takeaways, excellent bus service only 10 minutes walk away where we went to Paignton and Brixham for a couple of £££, the bus comes to the site but stops end of October, would definitely recommend and will be back again soon

My daughter has just had her birthday party here. The staff were absolutely exceptional. They kept checking on us to see if we needed anything/if everything was alright, kept us updated on what was next and accommodated for children with additional needs and food allergies. I cannot recommend this place enough, from the moment we arrived we were treated so kindly. Every single member of staff was happy and cheerful and it really made the day. Thank you Hoburne for an amazing birthday party!!

Another great family holiday! Excellent WiFi in the caravan we stayed in and also in the clubhouse. Wanted to shout out Owen & Doug for excellent customer service - both went above and beyond! Sammy Squad provided great entertainment once again and refurbished club house looks brilliant :-)

We had a wonderful holiday. The caravan was excellent, hot tub was checked every day. The entertainment crew were amazing and we loved the Kimmo show onThursday evening. However,a word of warning. The site is very hilly. Our caravan was on Clennon,there was a walk up steps from the allocated parking space and then a steep slope and more steps down to the caravan. If you are booking one of the hot tub caravans and have mobility issues check that you have parking close by. It is also a steep slope from the caravan up to the entertainment centre.

Really enjoyed our stay Very clean and spacious caravans Friends staff Loved the evening bingo which was music based rather than just ticketing off numbers It would have been nice to see a few more things on in the day to do for kids and adults We didn’t find th menu had a great selection and it was alittle expensive

This is my 2nd visit here. The site facilities are great, even better since the refurb this year. However likewise with our first visit, the cleanliness of the caravan lets things down. We stayed in the “Select” caravan (which doesn’t look like the pictures and is much more basic) and unfortunately, there is a clear lack of attention to detail with dirty carpets, dirty taps, dirty appliances, dirty curtains and so on.. If I was you, make sure you take cleaning spray as you may have to go over things that should already be clean..

Excellent family break- we visited for a short 4 day break will family of varying ages. The staff were very friendly and interacted well. We eat in the onsite restaurant the staff were very knowledgeable on allergies , Nicole was our staff member star she made our holiday - soo friendly and jolly

The caravan was beautiful, cleanest caravan we have ever been in. Site was very well kept, all staff very helpfull, polite. One small comment we had bins opposite van with light on all night, alall youcould see was the light. Needs a rethink,found the chemicals too strong in hot tub, they wafted into caravan I could not use it for acouple of days. You need to put a 2p machine in arcade not 10p too much for young children to play. We will go back.

Having returned to the area I love after 25 years and seeking work in the addiction treatment field for which I am now qualified i was at first very impressed with the accommodation and facilities and found everyone very friendly. However halfway through my stay everyone suddenly became unfriendly and even hostile. Was bizarre. Night security even scoffing at my reasons for leaving site. Which i shouldn't even have to explain. I have since learned the reasons for this. Now I have to spend months on legalities to ensure it doesn't happen again when I return. So yes it would have been a nice break but was unfortunately ruined. Shame
