Enjoy the beautiful sunset with mountain views and the amazing night sky. The house is located in west side of town and close to Hwy 372 which is closer to Death Valley and California /Nevada state line than other houses in town. Local convenience stores and gas station are within 2 miles.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).$15/night /pet.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Excellent Family Home
We had the opportunity to stay at this property while visiting family and we loved it! It was spacious indoor, clean, well maintained, easily accessible, safe and just perfect for my family.There was also a large fenced in outdoor area where we felt safe allowing for play. I highly recommend this place in the Pahrump area!

Perfect for what we needed
Leon was a great host. We're low maintenance so just needed a place to sleep and shower. Leon answered all questions quickly and let my crew get the rest they were at the house for.

Great spot to visit Death Valley
We enjoyed our stay here. This is a nice, clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a fenced property. We visited Death Valley and the area, about1:15 minute drive. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, and there's a nice grocery story (Smith's) about 15m away.

Loved this property
This property was excellent! The house was clean, spacious, quiet and welcoming. The beds were super comfy, too! We would absolutely stay here again.

Tranquil Desert Stay
Peaceful easy feelings at this family-friendly property. Easy check in process, clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our family. Great views of nearby mountains and no noise other than the wind, wildlife and the occasional moo or neigh from neighboring livestock.
