The staff at Kashmir Mahal Resort was extremely professional and helpful. Ishfaq bhai was really generous and helped us with everything. Thank you for the wonderful stay and making it memorable. He was very co-operative. We stayed from 22nd April till 24th April.

Very good service, very good rooms and equally good food. Comfortable stay Isfaq bhai and all other staff were also very cooperative,helping and nice. A perfect place for stay at Srinagar. Highly recommended place for stay. Good ambience in rooms... Neat and clean wash rooms..

Room was excellent. Room service and food quality was very good. This is my 4th family trip to this hotel. Now the property has expanded its reach from 18 to 25 rooms and further planning for more rooms. Keep it up the services. Staff was very cooperative and getting us homely felt. Mr Ishfaq was very helpful.

The property is located on road side. Good location. The hotel is good. Room is big. Neat and clean bed and pillow. Good ambience. Good Food. Very supportive ans well behaved staff Mr. Altaf and Mr. Shaukat. Over all I will rate 5 star to this hotel, its service and staff.

Value for money Receptionist altaf is polite and helpful Good location near the dal lake Interior of the room is nice but the food is not upto the mark Other facilities like hot water, room heater are all ok If you want to visit with family or couple its not a bad deal at all

We stayed for 3nights.Rooms were clean and spacious.it is very near to dal lake, you can stroll around the lake by walking from here.allamenities were good.food service was very good everything was very tasty and made very fast.Mr Ishfaq was very very helpful.you can see view of mountains and dal lake from the balcony of room., 💕💕💕💕😁

Excellent service and food , Altaf bhai was always on his toes for us. The food is the show stealer , hygienic and clean place and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend. The property is also spaced out. The shop accompanied by has great stuff w amazing quality.

Over all very good service.... All staff member are good.. Ishfaq & Zahoor are very good... Food is very delicious... Nishant garden is near by hotel by walking distance. Dal lake view is very good from the resort. Park is also very good for kids enjoyment.

The hotel is very beautiful made of wooden craft. Very artistic and designed very well. Services are very good. The food tasted awesome with varieties. The hotel is just 500 meter from Dal Lake. Mr Altaf and other staff served us well. Can be referred.
