Hotel location and service are good. Nice atmosphere. Hotel staff also very cooperative. Mr. Rayees has help us a lot to find my lost valuable belonging. I have left the hotel so they have sent a courier on my address and I have my belonging. Amazing! Thanks.

FOOD POISIONING at hotel, threatening from Orchard Kashmir stay transport company recommended by hotel June 2024 Food Poisoning: Unclean restaurants with flies all over in both restaurant's of hotel. Two members of our family got sick. Transport: Hotel recommended Orchard Kashmir Stay, and we hired a car with them for one week, the company, changed driver and car, in between the trip. Rash driving and continuous talking by driver on the way, when we cut short the trip of transport company, we were demanded more money than fixed and were threatened to pay instantly if we did not pay more money. Good Things: Location is excellent, and impressive, staff if helpful. Summary: If you want to become sick and spoil your holidays and get threatened, as a tourist, please choose this property. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful views and a warm atmosphere, the relaxing feeling you get as soon as you step onto the premises takes all the traveling stress away. The restaurant was also very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, an overall wholesome experience. With special compliments to Ubaid.

Review for Radisson Hotel Pahalgam During my recent stay at the Radisson Hotel Pahalgam, I had a mostly positive experience, with just a few areas that could use some improvement. Buffet Breakfast: The buffet breakfast at Radisson Hotel Pahalgam is one of the highlights. There is a wide variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The food is fresh and delicious, and the spread includes everything from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and beverages. It’s a great way to start the day. Service: Special mention goes to Shawinder and Nasir for their outstanding service. Shawinder was exceptionally courteous, always greeting guests with a warm smile and ensuring that our needs were met promptly. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience. Nasir was a great help when my dad injured his hand during our stay. He provided immediate assistance and made sure my dad received the care he needed. His quick response and genuine concern were deeply appreciated. Room Size: One area where the hotel falls short is the size of the rooms. The rooms are not particularly spacious, which can be a bit uncomfortable, especially for longer stays. It would be great if the hotel could consider expanding the room sizes or providing more space-efficient furniture and storage solutions. Service Speed: While the staff is very courteous and helpful, the overall service was somewhat slow. There were times when we had to wait longer than expected for our requests to be fulfilled. Improving the speed of service would significantly enhance the guest experience. In summary, Radisson Hotel Pahalgam offers a great buffet breakfast and has some fantastic staff members like Shawinder and Nasir who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. While there is some room for improvement in terms of room size and service speed, overall, my experience was very positive. I hope these aspects are taken into consideration for future enhancements.

Housekeeping was very nice, Asif and Hanan were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very nice and the food and breakfast was brilliant. The ambience was very nice and peaceful. They had a golf car for the luggage. Thank you Asif and Hanan for housekeeping.

Excellent property. Amazing location. Rooms are suites with a patio. Staff is humble, very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was delicious with large variety. The housekeeping staff Asif and Hannah did a great job in keeping the room clean and restocked timely. They made sure to provide all the services with a smile.

Great location, decent bathrooms, rooms were hot, staff is greedy, restaurant dirty. Dinner ala carte is good taste. breakfast bad.

Overall Average stay and staff is pleasant. Breakfast is good. Stay is not value for money, we had booked a junior suite, it didnt feel like one. Extremely expensive vs value delivered. International 5 star hotels offer better value. Unpleasant experience at check out, we requested for 1 hr extension, as we were traveling all the way to Srinagar to catch a flight, the staff in question was not only rude and arrogant but started raising his voice. We left immediately after such appaling treatment and we are VIP members. This incident has left a poor taste and we will not be visiting Radisson again.
