I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this beach resort was so poor that I felt compelled to share. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. Check-in was painfully slow, and the staff seemed indifferent and unorganized. When we arrived, the front desk barely acknowledged us. No welcome, no smile — just a rushed, cold interaction.

Property is very good and food is also good. River view and mountain view is awesome from hotel. We have enjoyed the hotel stay. Food options are also available from nearby locality. Definitely recommend this hotel and like to visit again. Parking is also available inside the property. They have outdoor facilities also in river side view. Regards rakesh

our stay was only for one night but it was extremely comfortable and good.
Their riverside breakfast arrangement is seriously breathtaking with excellent scenic view of the mountains.
The staff is very efficient and cooperative.
especially Mr Arif Manager of Beach resort Pahalgam.

The location is very good, just next to the lidder river. The room amenities can be improved. It didn’t have room heater. The overall cleanliness can be improved.

This hotel have no shower in bathroom, no room heater, foods are costly compared to food outside. Staffs are not cordial, they were engaged in serving those who were ordering their costly food. Room condition is average.

The location is beautiful. Rooms were clean. Near to the city. The reception people were very sweet.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! 👎🏻👎🏻 I recently stayed at the Beachside Resort in Pahalgam with two families, and it was extremely disappointing. This is more of a homestay run by unfriendly and intimidating people than a resort. We found dirty bed linens at check-in, and when we requested a change, we were rudely reminded it's not a five-star hotel 🧐🙄. Near midnight, they even threatened our families, including kids, to leave if we didn't like the place. The food was terrible and always late. The rooms were poorly cleaned only once during our three-night stay. Despite the riverside location, the owner's and staff's rude behavior made us feel trapped. Additionally, the promised discount wasn't reflected in the final bill, and only after insisting did they correct it. Avoid this place if you value your health and safety. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The room is with a bed and table only. The location is good, on the river side. You can't go in the river because of the excess flow of it. The food service is average. The overall rate is high in comparison with facilities. The staff is helpful. The new market of pahalgam is 1 km from property.

Property Location is Best, Food was awesome. Rooms are average and can be improved/modernized. Bathroom Door was very old having noise. Carpets were dirty but Overall nice stay due to location and the view.
