MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhi

What strikes as you arrive is the upkeep/maintenance of this 150 years old heritage property. Top class. Extremely humble,polite and alert staff deserve 10 out of 10 . The Nepali chef Netra Bahadur in service for 35 years here cooks up very tasty and mouthwatering dishes. Kudos to him. Mr. Anil Rai, the *** at the helm of affairs and his team, notably Akash and Prashant, are doing excellent job to ensure that you enjoy the stay and feel at home. Regrettably a group of 10 uncivilized gujju guests marred the peace and tranquility by being too loud even while conversing normally..attaining decibel level in excess of 100. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would be happy to revisit this place having just 6 rooms as yet. A new wing with more rooms is almost ready.

Absolutely one of the finest places to stay in Pachmarhi, the Rock End Manor has a quaint charm and combined with huge rooms, great food and service, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in ever. MPT provides full board and the hotel is priced at the lower end of the luxury spectrum but the ambience and service more than make it worth the price. The staff really take care and make the guests feel like kings and queens, which very much syncs with the palatial vibe of the place. There is also a free dedicated parking area a few hundred feet away from the hotel.

Rock End Manor in Pachmarhi is a gem for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the hills. The hotel, set amidst lush greenery, combines colonial charm with modern comforts, offering an inviting, relaxed ambiance. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and many provide breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and forests. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay.

Besides fantastic location, good food and cozy colonial era setup, what amazes most here is how the staff makes you feel special! Been to other MPT properties at Pachmarhi, some supposedly better rated than Rock 'n Manor, but never had such experience. STAFF at this property is the highlight, courteous and cooperative! The almost ready to host associated property 'Neelambar' would certainly going to make it the most sought after property at Pachmarhi.

Room was very well maintained nd so good as I got the opportunity to stay in room no -3 which was occupied by sharukh khan during Ashoka shooting. Staff is very polite nd helpfull and food is too good one gets too much varieties to eat nd hotel location is very awesome,wl try to visit again.

A wonderful and relaxing experience of our 2 night stay at this quaint, idyllic hotel with a colonial backdrop. Clean, spacious and well maintained set of just 6 rooms with a great view. Ideal for a small group as each room is connected by a covered verandah with conveniently space sit outs. Service is praiseworthy with special mention of Rakesh Tiwari, Suresh and Mohd Rafi who went out of their way to take good care of us. They were extremely polite, well mannered and ever ready to assist. Food preparation by Chef Thapa is definitely the best one can get in Pachmarhi. We tried other eating places, but none could match Rock end Manor. Manchow soup and chilly chicken is a must have, as is the rogan josh! Overall a very exhilarating and memorable experience. Pachmarhi remains untapped for its tourist potential, which could probably be deliberate to avoid overcrowding and eco destruction. Most definitely a great place to relax and get away from it all.
