The hotel is spotlessly clean, with very friendly and attentive staff. We arrived when the hotel was quite quiet but got busier as the week went on. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools The main restaurant has lots of variety for all tastes We also tried the Mexican a la carte which was excellent. The entertainment team are fantastic-special shout out to Ates and Azize!! We paid extra for a pool cabana €100 and had wonderful service all afternoon. The indoor pool is lovely and warm and the spa is fabulous Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for a week as a family of 4 in early July booked through TUI. Lots of positives here- the hotel is spotless, incredibly clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Fab to have branded drinks and a great choice of cocktails etc. Staff at the lobby bar in particular were incredible- yes there were queues but generally moved quickly. Pool snack bar did great lunches and the fresh doughnuts were a hit. We spent 2 days in the pool cabanas and that was a real treat with staff going over and above for you! We also had the Turkish a la carte one night which was lovely food wise but atmosphere non existent. No sunbed wars either- we struggled after about 1030 but as long as you weren't picky you could get beds. The staff were also removing towels which I thought was good. The not so positive/things to improve for me were: the quality of the food in the main restaurant- although lots of it, was not great. Meat generally dry and overcooked and lots of repetition. You could always get something, but the queue for the main stations was so long some nights it was ridiculous. As others have said it's also really difficult to get drinks service at dinner so we kind of gave up in the end or brought drinks in from the bar. I would say this is the biggest downfall of the hotel and the main reason we wouldn't return. We had a family suite and could have done with some more storage space- also balcony was tiny and so unusable for a family of four. Our room keys never worked and had to get them reset 3 or 4 times (and they were nowhere near a phone). I also felt the animation team could have been a bit more inclusive. There wasn't much trying to get people involved- there were things like darts etc happening most days but if you hadn't seen the one tiny A4 poster advertising it, you'd have no idea. Location wise, if you have no plans to go out of the hotel, and you don't need to- you'd be fine. But was way too remote for us so please be aware your nearest town is a 10 min cab ride away. We had a lovely stay and this hotel has so much potential but due to location and food quality we wouldn't return.

Visited here last week of June first week of July 2025. I’ve nothing bad to say, started really well, our plane was delayed by an hour so we ended up with a private air-conditioned taxi, and bearing in mind it has been 41 & 43 degrees consecutively we were grateful. The place is immaculate! Everything is so clean, staff are so attentive and polite, and you have to bear in mind, this is a massive place, with a vast array of nationalities, they do a fantastic job! The food hall can be busy, but there are quiet times, my tip: Go to breakfast before 8am and go for tea after 8:15. That way you avoid the kids and the queues! So why not 5 stars? Well the Al a carte was a disappointment, the ambience was non-existent, people smoking and vaping, which I don’t understand there are notices around the bar asking people not to smoke, but yet your eating a meal and the table next to you is chain smoking. The food in the Al a carte wasn’t anything special and I can’t recommend, there were also pigeons roosting in the roof joists above the eating area which was pretty grim!! Queues for drinks, yes! Just go to another bar there are plenty around, not really a problem. Yes there are a small group of selfish inconsiderate people who reserve sunbeds, but there are so many didn’t really cause a problem, never saw the Hotel become proactive in that aspect. In summary nice location, lovely and clean, nice holiday, maybe just the Al a carte to sort out.

Very good hotel, the food, the pool, the atmosphere everything was amazing. There is a nightshow every night with different artists.. Rooms are big and clean with beautiful sea view, staff is great and friendly!

We had an absolute beautiful time here. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews but have to say they must be fictional. All the people working there were incredible. Food was brilliant yes the main parts are the same, as is with every all inclusive but there was a different special option each night. Queue to get drinks literally 3 mins at worst. Cocktails incredible. Some good fun activities in day, pool games & different bits through the week. Foam party, circus type activities. Beach was lovely. Nice & shallow of the beach rather than pier for children, deep off the pier for older ones. Loads of fish to see with your snorkels. Plenty sun beds. Option on the beach for paid jet ski etc. loads of bars to get drink from. Gym was decent. We used spa & had couple of massages again brilliant. The slides were good it’s not quite a water park but kept us entertained & there is a lovely little area for younger children with its own slide section & trampolines. There is a full blown water park 15 mins away. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Cleaning was continuous in fact I’ve not seen such high standards of keeping on top of things before. The nighttime animation was good maybe aimed at younger ones but my easily pleased 16 year old still enjoyed
