Mixed Experience – Great Management, Poor Reception Visited: March 19, 2025 Our experience at the hotel started poorly but ended on a much better note, thanks to excellent management. Upon arrival, we were initially given a room that didn’t match the advertised Superior Room standards. Unfortunately, it was far below expectations, with basic issues like a malfunctioning hot water system. After raising our concerns with management, a professional and attentive Russian manager promptly addressed the issue and provided us with a proper Superior Room, as advertised on booking platforms like TripAdvisor and ***********. I must mention the disappointing attitude from one receptionist, whose lack of professionalism added to the frustration. However, the quick and effective action by the manager turned our experience around. Despite the initial setback, we’re grateful for the manager’s care and attention, which helped make my birthday stay more pleasant. Would recommend the hotel, but management should work on training the reception team to avoid such issues in the future.

We chose the Maldives villas for our honeymoon and were generally very satisfied. In particular, Ms. Alev, who was responsible for the Maldives villas, provided us with great support in every matter, and we thank her for her assistance. She has a amazing personality. Positive Aspects: - Location of Villas: The villas facing the sea are very peaceful and visually very satisfying. They are no different from real Maldivian homes. - Cleanliness: The water is very clean. - Staff: The staff is very helpful and friendly. - Food: The food is excellent, especially the seafood. Negative Aspects: - Privacy: There are no partitions between the Maldives homes, and the curtains are somewhat thin. If the neighboring guests are not very considerate, it can be disturbing. - Depth: The water is very deep, which can be a bit unsettling for those like me who are not comfortable in deep water.

Overall huge disappointment! Rooms are nice but overall the hotel is old and needs serious repair. Food is below average. Restorants are limited. We went to a concert organisation where they packed 1.300 people to a conference hall. Casino is again below average. I definitely recommend other hotels.

Terrible experience, on arrival security keep pestering you and make you uncomfortable. They charge ridiculous fees for entry 1250TL (£30). Staff were rude, it’s a shame as you don’t even get greeted by staff, waited 25 mins to get attention from a staff member to order a drink which then took another 20 mins to come which they brought completely wrong. Stay away from this hotel. Cyprus is not the same anymore to expensive for what it is better off going somewhere else and enjoy your holiday!!

I went to the beach with my boyfriend and they said that it was full and did not let us in. We were just two people and a couple so I was 100% sure that the guest relation would help us. So we went to the lobby and talked to ms. Özlem. The second she started to talk I knew she wasn’t gonna help. She didn’t say anything rude but it was so obvious from her attitude that she was so arrogant and belittled us. It was barely a humane interaction, obviously she learnt every sentence by heart and repeated every single sentence to us, it was like we were talking to an AI. Later that day we bumped into our friends who spent the day in Cratos beach and they told us there were plenty of empty space at the beach. I can understand the regulation about giving the priority to the hotel guests, but if you are not at capacity it is just rude to not let a couple on vacation based on lies. Also I would expect a five star hotel with a good reputation to have a nice guest relation manager. There are plenty of sincere people who are more deserving of this job, you might have a bad experience but you just feel like they were actually sorry and nice so you wouldn’t mind it. My boyfriend used to work as a general manager in a five star hotel in Bodrum so we are 100% sure that she was just asking us to leave in a “kind” but not kind way. Bad experience, I don’t recommend.
