在酒店前台寄存兩小時行李，然後去機場晚上航班回國。回國打開行李箱才發現，我前一晚買的Burberry卡包被偷。因為收拾行李時卡包還在，衹有寄存前台兩小時，行李箱離開過我，所以我非常確定是酒店人員偷盜。反映攜程聯繫酒店後無果。説實話，距離這麼遠，本身我也沒有抱着能找回來的想法，但是作為星級酒店，竟然發生這種事情，我非常無語。這是我作為攜程會員，第一次評論酒店，我必須讓大家知道真實情況。我希望攜程在推薦酒店時，國外酒店的安全性起碼應該放到第一位。

酒店位置絕佳，風格文藝，房間設施比較新，非常乾淨整潔，入住很愉快！15：00入住，我們到得早，原打算先存行李，結果直接讓我們入住了，非常感謝！

貴在位置極佳 房間不大但新 早餐太貴30胖一個人 提供拖鞋 服務態度好 停車場在酒店後免費停車 需提前聯繫去停車場路線 。

酒店的地理位置得天獨厚，美中不足的是房間很小。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Bank Hotel, everything is first class. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city but surprisingly our room was peaceful and quiet. We had a stunning view and the room was clean and well equipped, lovely little extras like fresh fruit and cookies, tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the turn down service at night. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again .

The location and the food are the big pluses of this hotel. If your room is on the backyard, it could get a bit noisy at night from the outdoor restaurant. Otherwise the room was fine. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip through England and Wales. Lunches and dinners are also good and quite convenient if you’re walking around town. As an additional benefit, the hotel has a private parking lot for guests, which is quite convenient when you have a car in Oxford.

Stated here from a family member graduation. Excellent facilities; comfortable bed; hot shower; brightly lit room (hotel rooms are generally too dark); and very yummy cookies. However; absolutely no mobile phone service (not their fault); and very poor internet - which you constantly had to reconnect to!!!

Great hotel. Could not get a better location in central Oxford on high street. Other than a Taxi out to Blenheim, we we able to walk everywhere. Five minutes to the Bodleian which was on our bucket list. Ten minutes to the Thames. Stayed three nights and would have stayed longer if a room was available. Will definitely be back.

We were given a 2nd floor room facing the main street where buses, cars, ambulances ect went by 24/7. We asked for a quieter room but were told we would have to pay more or downgrade to very small room facing a wall. So we stayed put - in the noisy room watching the tops of the buses charge by and listening to the police sirens. We had dinner that night at their restaurant and were sick all during the night. Horrible hotel.

Absolutely love this hotel. The location is right on High Street right in the middle of town. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, attentive. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good, loved the toasted sourdough bread, beautiful eggs and nice fruit. Our room 15 was great - bed was comfortable. The show was great with wonderful water pressure.

Incredibly warm welcome Beautifully designed room with balcony with spectacular views of Oxford. Fantastic well designed bathroom with amazing lighting. Downstairs the bar was situated in a relaxing garden. Incredible stay. Great staff who really cared that you had a pleasant stay. While returned

Very pleasant stay, everything just right. The Old Bank is very centrally located in Oxford, an easy walk to all attractions. The hotel is very well appointed, rooms a good size (we were in a superior deluxe). Sleep quality was very good, very comfortable bed and limited noise whilst sleeping. BUT in the early evening is was very easy to hear people walking at in teh rooms above, the sound did travel. Very pleasant reception folks.
