There is also a large sectional couch that is comfortable and can sleep another person (or 2 if kids). It is NOT a sofa-bed. But you can see it in the pictures. Master bed has new Tempurpedic mattress. Unit was painted in July, 2024, and has new vinyl wood floors throughout. Condo is on ground floor of a gated property, with fully equipped kitchen (including spices, and basic condiments). Full sized refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. Has a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher and a disposal. Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods supplied. All paper products, towels, and linens supplied. Has a pleasant private "porch" area with adirondack chairs and small side table. Great for morning coffee or afternoon glass of your favorite beverage. Pool in season. Tennis/pickleball court. Easy walk to Ole Miss baseball and football games. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and all cleaning supplies stocked. Wireless internet on site. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Baseball stadium is about a 10 minute walk. Campus about 3-4 minutes past that up Old Taylor Road.
