Hotel Pousada Clássica

Very well placed but: Unkind and not courteous service ; chief of personal of check -in , in my opinion non polite and unpleasant Very bad breakfast with for example not fresh orange juice but what they call “sumo de caixinha” Room without windows to the street So after one night we have to change to another hotel

A couple of weeks ago some friends and I spent 3 nights at the Pousada Classica which, I must say, is very pretty and well located. However, upon checking out, I was very angry and disappointed at the way I was treated. I requested that my car be brought to me from the pousada garage, where it had been for a couple of days, driven by the pousada employees. Not once I drove my car in or out of the garage. To my surprise, I found yellow scratches and a dent on the passenger door and fender, consistent with the color of the garage rails and posts. I immediately showed the problem to the pousada employees who, in return, dismissed any responsibility and even tried to convince me that I must have caused the damage myself some place else. I asked to speak to the manager who supposedly was not there at the moment and was told that he would contact me later. It has been a couple of weeks since the incident and I have not received any calls or messages from Mr. Nerlei Fialho, the manager. I took pictures of the damage and reported the incident in the hotel book but have not received any response. It's unfortunate that a pousada like that has no respect for its guests and I do not recommend staying in a place that treats its guests this way!

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de diversos restaurantes, lojas, pontos turísticos onde é possível fazer muita coisa a pé, atendimento muito bom da recepção, café da manhã sensacional com funcionários super gentis e educadas e muito prestativa! A limpeza dos quartos é muito boa porém achei a iluminação do quarto um pouco fraca, mesmo acendendo todas as luzes. Quem se hospedar com vista para rua ( a vista é encantadora) só não há muita qualidade de sono devido a um barzinho em frente ao hotel que fica de frente para o quarto . Mas depois da meia noite, esse barzinho fecha e fica mais silêncio. Me hospedaria novamente e recomendo o hotel!

Parfaitement située, la pousada est idéale pour les amoureux des maisons historiques rénovées . Confortable, joliment décorée, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire aux voyageurs fatigués après les incessantes montées et descentes de la magnifiaue Ouro Preto…

Estivemos nesse hotel no período de 09/05 a 13/05/25 , amamos nossa estadia, hotel muito limpo, café da manhã bem variado e com produtos de qualidade, funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. Uma coisa que acho importante salientar é que o hotel tem elevador, pois, a cidade em si não tem acessibilidade para PCD e o hotel na rua principal do centro histórico pensou nisso.

Excelente! Muito profissionais e atenciosos! Café da manhã impecável! Tudo limpo e Acolhedor! Uma delícia de lugar! Pertinho de tudo que vale s pena ver em Ouro Preto! Voltaremos com absoluta certeza!
