Big room , overall great stay, breakfast options could be better and hot water took a long time to warm up.

酒店服務很好，房間乾淨，設施齊全，酒店地理位置很好，離國會，裏的河都在步行範圍內。早餐比較簡單，品種比較少，除此以外，其他都不錯，值得推薦。

步行到所有經典，最高法院，國會大廈，市中心，Ottawa River,非常方便。酒店非常整潔，而且安靜，房間也很大，早餐也是很豐富的西式早餐，非常值得入住

房間安靜宽敞，交通方便

含免費早餐、停車付費但是很方便、房間在疫情期間全都消毒、很安心、滿意、下次出行還選擇這家

The view was great, there was a construction site right in front of our bedroom window, but it's common in Ottawa. The suite was huge at the 16th floor in the corner of the building with a huge table and kitchenette.

Staff were really friendly and the free breakfast is better than most you pay for. Pool was great but deep if you have little kids. Only reason it lost a star was the bed was ok, surrounding area wasn’t very lively, but walkable to parliament, and a couple little details were missing ( we booked for 3 and only had 2 towels, no shampoo in dispenser, little things like that).would give 4 and 1/2 if able to.

Hi have travelled to 80 countries and have never been spoken down to by one male receptionist, and a male manager. I simply asked for them to access my points through Hilton. They told me they could not access my points. I was spoken to in way that was condescending and uncalled for. Gentlemen took it upon themselves to bully me together. They repeatedly asked yelling out my email address. If this was the correct email address I instructed the manager to stop yelling out my email address and private information so that everyone could hear. I was not able to read the screen because I did not have my glasses so he yelled out once again so if you can’t read the screen and I can’t say out loud your email address and private information then I can’t help you. I have never had my private information yelled out in the lobby of a busy hotel in my life… the manager even yelled out you booked this through a third-party.. Shame on you and Hilton for this poor customer service.

It is a very convenient and quiet place whether you drive or use public transportation. The pool on the second floor is large and warm, making it great for use in the winter. Although it is a somewhat old facility, traces of relatively well-maintained care are visible throughout. Breakfast is okay to eat. If I visit Ottawa again, I will definitely go back here.

Lack of parking, not publicizing that parking is not free as most hotels offer free parking. Being told $50/ night for incidental fee, then being charged $250 without reasoning. The pool was cold but the temperature inside the poor area was Too Hot.
