Would not pass a black light test.
Room was dirty (hair in shower, garbage on floor, stained carpet). 2/4 lights did not work. I requested a new room, which was granted.
The second room had splatter marks on the front panel of the bathroom counter, while the carpet was also heavily soiled, and there was mold in the unplugged mini fridge. Bed sheets were clean but were worn out and had small holes all over.
Finally, as they were doing renovations, I had the pleasure of hearing construction noises during my stay.

Pool wasn't warm. Hottub wasn't working. Restaurant wasn't open. We weren't informed of this before check-in.

Everything good, except renovations going on and trying to sleep in with construction going on the floor above was not pleasant.

Loved the apartment style accommodations for my family of 5. Loved that I could put the kids to bed in their own room and then hang out with my partner. Views of city lit up at night were nice. Great location near the market. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lobby is not a place to hangoout in, its small and bare. The building seems to be filled with parking garage floors. The pool is far way down a ridiculous labrinth hallway. The front door and elevator require a room key to go through, because a homeless shelter is accross the street and this keeps them out

Very unimpressed with the hotel. It has been about 10 years since we have stayed there and things have gone down hill. The restaurant was not open for the 2 days we were there. There was no sign or anything stating why it was not open. The hot tub was not in service either, very disappointing as we booked there because of hot tub and pool. The rooms are starting to get outdated, and there was no info packet or anything in the room upon check-in to let you know where ice machine vending machines hours of pool fitness centre or restaurants around. Unfortunately we will not be booking here again in the future and will stick with Brookstreet much nicer and a lot more amenities that are in service when you stay…front desk staff were very friendly that’s about the only thing they have going for them.

Conveniently located downtown, close to the mall, the market and a host of dining options. For those like us, visiting your son/daughter who’s going to school there…it was a perfect central location. Be sure to reserve the modern rooms as there is ongoing renovations of the lower floors during the week.

Room size was huge! (I was upgraded from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom - way more than I needed for just me). It would be the perfect place for a family of group. Kitchen was a great amenity and had dishes and basics.
Bathrooms on the smaller size, older building but rooms modern.
Parking under construction which caused some stress but conveniently located and was able to walk. (Would have appreciated a discount on the parking given the construction, it seemed expensive).
Reasonably priced, had I needed the extra space it would have been great value.
