Cosy and relaxing place in a tranquil setting. We were staying in a 2 bedroom villa with a garden. Price-quality is good. You have all the basic needs, garden is nice to have some privacy and space for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in evening with sounds of nature. Pool area very nice set-up in a garden with enough beds in shade, cosy bar with nice music. The restaurant is also very good. Fresh food and good wines. The place is run by friendly owners who are eager to help you with any requests. They solved some small issues immediately for us and gave some good local restaurant recommendations. I would not book this place for the beach. You still have to pay for sun beds and there are hardly any facilities. Better to go to another beach, 5 min drive, pay the same for much bigger and nicer beach. I would recommend to offer sun beds including for guests, but most likely there would not be enough beds on the beach to be able to offer this.

Loved everything about Altair. The accommodation is spotless clean well equipped and spacious, all the staff especially Claudio and Andrea go above and beyond their duties to make your stay enjoyable. The restaurant serves great food, enjoyed in very relaxing setting. The pool area was my favourite, an affinity pool set beside a forest area, lovely comfortable loungers with food & drink available all day. The most tranquil pool, spotless clean, beautiful setting for relaxing all day or before or after some sightseeing. Otranto is a beautiful town with a great vibe, lots of excellent restaurants and shops. We will return but next time we will hire a car to explore more of this beautiful area of Italy. Thank you to all the staff.

The management of this resort need to review the facilities and services provided. We are a family if 4 spending a full week and given only one toilet roll and one towel each for the whole stay. We had to keep going to the reception to ask for stuff. There's no room clean throughout our stay, no rubbish pickup, the kitchenette was inadequately stocked with 10 litre stock pots and rusty frying pan. There's a private beach which is not so private after all, you still pay €60 for deck chairs. There's a mini supermarket that charges an arm and a leg for everything. A small pack of rice costs €4.20! All we got for nearly €3000 is basically 2 rooms and a lounge. Breakfast or lunch not included. It is a shame because the location of the resort is perfect ambience, tranquil atmosphere, great pool, some staff members are fab and went out of their way, like Matteo and Elena. All in all not a great value for money. 😪😪

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia dal 16 al 28 settembre in questa splendida struttura con tanto verde, giardini curatissimi, immersa in un parco naturale, a 10 minuti di cammino dal mare ma anche con comodo servizio navetta. Abbiamo prenotato un mini appartamento con giardino, arredato con gusto, bagno con sanitari di qualità, apparentemente installati da poco. Materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Perfetta pulizia giornaliera. Grande cura degli ospiti da parte di tutto il personale, ci hanno coccolati in ogni occasione. Zona tranquillissima, isolata da rumori quindi abbiamo sempre dormito senza alcun disturbo notturno. Piscina con chiosco sempre aperto durante l'apertura dalle 10.00 alle 19.00 e con animazione il giorno di mercoledì, tenuta sempre in modo esemplare, pulitissima, fornita di comodi lettini, sdraio e amache. Il trattamento prenotato è stato di Mezza Pensione e meglio non ci poteva andare, ottima qualità del cibo e grande creatività nella preparazione delle pietanze che ci hanno piacevolmente sorpreso, una inaspettata grande esperienza gastronomica, condita dalla eccellente professionalità del servizio. Se si vuole trovare il pelo nell'uovo, si potrebbe migliorare la prima colazione, anche se personalmente l'abbiamo trovata più che sufficiente per le nostre necessità. In ogni caso la qualità in primis del caffè è dei cibi dolci è stata eccellente. Qualità prezzo vantaggiosissima. Appena possibile ci torneremo.

Nous avons trouvé cet endroit par pur hasard et sommes restées scotchées par l accueil chaleureux, par la nourriture excellente, par l endroit intimiste. Parfaite soirée. Merci à Anna Sergio et Céline pour leur bienveillance et accueil 👍

Non ci siamo.... la stanza si presentava abbastanza spartana, non c'era nulla neanche un bidoncino per la spazzatura. Piena di ragnatele. Nel bagno c'erano solo i dispencer di bagno schiuma e shampoo, ne una cuffia, ne un sacchetto per i rifiuti igienici. Il nulla assoluto. Nel frigobar il vuoto: nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua. La colazione scarsissima poca scelta: cornetti e 2 crostate da discount. Comoda solo la piscina

il residence avrebbe del potenziale , la struttura sembra concepita bene, ma ci sono notevoli criticità che si riscontrano a vari livelli , molto disordinato , sciatto insomma davvero poco curato negli spazi comuni: verde ,giardino e quant’ altro , piscina e attrezzatura piscina da rivedere con più cura e dedizione , camere spaziose , la colazione presenta un ‘offerta misera ed anche lì si nota la poca cura nei piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. forse sarà perché era fine stagione ma questo nn giustifica la grande approssimazione che abbiamo riscontrato. Dispiace perché il residence è’ molto carino potrebbe davvero essere valorizzato al meglio!

Siamo stati una settimana ed è stato poco...location bellissima. Stanze grandi e comode, giardino piacevole anche se con poca privacy perché non separato da quello accanto. Avere la grande piscina a disposizione è stato utile soprattutto nelle giornate con troppo vento per stare in spiaggia. La fantastica spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi (10 min.) o con la navetta messa a disposizione da Altair. Un ringraziamento va a tutto lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile, in particolare allo chef Mimmo che ci ha deliziato con i suoi piatti e la sua cordialità

Competenza, professionalità, Rendono bellissimo il soggiorno per le ferie, presso hotel Altair. Personale qualificato. Bellezza del paesaggio e dello stesso Hotel. Serenità, tranquillità, unitamente alla pineta, offrono un paesaggio meraviglioso. Giovanni Rosario Clemente.
