As a matron I spend many nights in Premier Inns, sometimes 3/4 a week. The premier inn at Oswestry is one of the friendliest, most accommodating premier inns I’ve stayed in. Nothing is too much trouble from reception to evening meals. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The reception staff, apologies I have no names are polite, professional and can’t do enough for you. The restaurant is welcoming and the team, John, James and Leah are a credit to the company. They are an amazing team and as a single person travelling make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The food also was fabulous, as ordered and a credit to the chef. Overall this premier inn surpasses a lot I have stayed in. Please feed my review to the team at Oswestry.

Stayed here as a base for a wedding anniversary weekend. Great room, great food. Staff wonderful. Very central to loads of places to visit. Llangollen railway and numerous National Trust properties. Makes an ideal location as the starting place to discover Snowdonia and beyond.

Comfortable night. Typical Premier Inn with all the usual facilites - useful to have plugs next to beds. Nice freshly cooked breakfast - thank you to Alfie and Karen for a lovely breakfast experience. Hotel is in a good location for travelling between Chester and south west while avoiding M6.

Went down to meet family staying in the hotel for breakfast..was lovely to be back again as used to use all the time before being made just for residents of hotel ..excellent service as always from Alfie and soph ...shame we missed kelsey though ...breakfast lovely as always

Jack & Alfie made the stay and our group feel very welcomed throughout our evening in the restaurant and bar. Their service was impeccable! The hotel and rooms were spotless and bed very comfortable and the food in the restaurant at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Overall, a welcome surprise.

Visited with my husband and 2 year old son to visit family in the area. Friendly staff, clean room and lovely food. The staff always took time out of their day to see how we were and ask if we needed anything. Couldn’t have asked for more! A step up from other premier inns we have been to…

Nice food, visited with friends, quite but great service from Jack who made us laugh.l and was very attentive and efficient. Well worth a visit if you still at the hotel. Pies, smothered chicken and steak followed by dessert, purchased the meal deal from the hotel.

I stayed for one night at a weekend. I had not intitally booked the breakfast but staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and my fried egg was cooked to perfection 😀 by the chef (manager on duty). All the staff from the receptionist, to the hotel services and restaurant personel were really friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.
