There are 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a paddle boat free to use. There are also life jackets and fishing poles. The house is 5 minutes from the town of Evart. There is a Dairy Whip for ice cream, restaurants, a bar, bowling alley, a tube and kayak rental for the Muskegon river that will drop you off and pick up, a grocery store and a Dollar general.
