Very clean and has all the amenities any single traveller requires. It’s a mixed of both tourists and business travellers. Very value for money and the space was way better than I had expected. The bed and pillow were excellent. Toilet design is the typical Japanese setup where it’s an entire plastic buildout to control the steam and water hence can be rather cramped but for a 5’11 person it’s more than enough. The functional amenities and even sleepwear provided were great. I look forward to staying in these chain of hotels again.

Good location near shin-osaka station Located at east exit that have elevator so no need to lift luggage by yourself

Stayed two nights and chosen for this location of being close to Shin-osaka station. Only 5 mins walk from the east entrance. Has a Lawsons convenience store.on the ground floor which is useful. Room we had was small but stayed in smaller on an APAnhotel. Although small, the room was practical with what space available very useable. Had 2 large suitcases and enough floor space to lie them and opened when packing. Room had enough plug sockets and even one USB socket by the side of the bed. TV even allowed you to access YouTube which a more upmarket hotel we stayed in during our Japan travels didn't have! Room was clean, hotel seems pretty modern and new. Bathroom typical Japanese hotel capsule style so bit cramped but functional. You pick up all the usual amenities lin the foyer near reception. One difference is that even though you have a kettle anc cups provided in the room, no actual coffee available - this is dispensed from a machine at reception. Chinese tea is available if ou ask reception. Bed and pillows comfy. All in all, great for our needs due to wanting to be close to the train station. Only negative, windows faced to wall of next building but at least you get natural light!

Honestly outstanding customer service. It is also equipped with an air purifier/humidifier. Though their linens is slightly scented, you can request the room to be ionized before checking in.

Location - good because it is near shin-Osaka station which is a major train hub. Easy to get to Itami airport and surrounding cities like Kobe and Kyoto. However it is not at Namba / Umeda so it may not suit everyone depending on your objectives. Service - they were available for all things I needed including umbrellas on rainy days Room - small but good layout. So there was enough room for some packing without putting luggage on the bed.

Hotel location is convenient. Everything in the room is quite new and clean. Also, you can check the laundry room status via TV which is very user friendly.

Excellent service ! As I changed my schedule after the first booking for one night, three months later, I booked another one night and thus I have two booking numbers with two consecutive nights. When I arrived I requested the receptionist to combine two bookings such that I don’t need to check out after staying for 1 night and re-check in again in the second day afternoon. She managed for me immediately. I encountered the same situation in the other hotel previously but they refused me and I needed to check out and re-check it again in second day’s afternoon. She is really helpful but I am sorry that I forgot her name already .

The place is ok and it easy to go to the train station.

I had stayed in 3 hotels during my time in japan, this is the best hotel among the hotels. They provide everything at the lobby including free coffee. Their room is consider spacious (15m²) and still have room for walking even though already opened 2 large luggages

Staff team are very helpful and polite. Hotel location is convenient, there is also the convenient store which we can find some drinks or food easily.

A clean hotel with friendly staff. Although the reception area is a bit small, the rooms looked quite new. There is a convenience store downstairs and restaurants are within walking distance. It is also not far from the train station. Would recommend!
