Come visit Lake of the Ozarks! We're located in the Tan-Tar-A Estates in the famous gated Margaritaville resort neighborhood. This 5 bedroom house is the spot everyone wants to hang out at in Margaritaville. The house is right on the water with a beautiful view of the main channel from a private cove. There are 3 levels that have been completely remodeled. The upstairs level has a large living room, a huge open kitchen with 8-foot granite island, and two separate dining tables. The vaulted ceilings and stone pillar really set this room off. Take in the view of the lake from the double sliding doors to the private deck with a fire pit table and a large patio table on the top deck. The house has 5 bedrooms each with its own full bathroom and shower. Two of the bedrooms are double King size beds, two of the bedrooms are double Queen size beds, and the last bedroom is a single King size bed. The bottom level is the main feature of this house. It features a full granite bar with bar-top seating, pool table, poker table, arcade machine with 60 games, and a projection screen TV with recliners. Brand new 3 level composite deck has plenty of space to let everyone spread out and enjoy a great time at the lake.
