Includes a covered large deck overlooking lake and one of the three outdoor pools at Parkview Bay. The deck features furniture and a gas grill. Bedding arrangement includes a king bed in master bedroom along with a private master bath, queen in 2nd. Both bedrooms have TV's. Condo is one flight up from parking lot and has few steps to pool and lake. NOTE: Pictures of deck will be added in the spring!!!!
