Condo includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, gas grill on deck, gas fireplace, and many extras featuring the new furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin. This is a very nicely decorated condo with a great deck with a grill making it very comfortable to have dinner on the deck or just to sit out in the evenings. The condo sits very close to the lake and has fantastic view of the lake and pool. One of the three lakefront pools is adjacent to the building. A laundry room with washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo. The deck features a gas grill and 2 tables and chairs. Dining table has 6 chairs and pub table seats 2. We also offer several other condos that we advertise on VRBO in the same complex for rent so if you have a larger group or family and would all like to be close together! Parkview Bay is located lakefront, and this building sits about 20 feet from the edge of the water. We allow fishing on all docks and off sea wall. We are also only one mile from the outlet mall in Osage Beach! And Dierberg's grocery is less than a mile away! Owner has recently updated with new furniture and newer carpet.
