The hotel charged all the room price, even if we cancelled in the given timeline during which 70% should have been charged and not 100%`! Moreover, they did not answer by phone once we cancelled by phone, neither by email.

We had a great time here. The owner was very friendly and made us most welcome. The hotel is up a small hill however we received a bus pass from the owner. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable and we used the local SPA for £20 which was great value.

Felt very comfortable and welcomed. The owner was very sweet and friendly and went an extra mile and got bus tickets and route plan for us.

We arrived on time for check in and no one was there for 30 mins, then we were told we didn’t have a reservation and had to wait a hour for a room after 6 Pm.

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. Kamer was prima. Kussens waren echter erg dun en dat maakte het slapen iets minder fijn. Badkamer was schoon en douche werkte goed. We verblijven langer dan 3 dagen in de kamer, hadden wel verwacht schone lakens en handdoeken te krijgen, maar dat was helaas niet zo.

La struttura è conforme alla categoria (2stelle). Un piccolo suggerimento...eravamo alloggiati nella camera 21...una sedia sarebbe stata gradita. Per il resto ok.

Ho prenotato la mia prima vacanza in montagna presso questo hotel da incubo e sono scappato dopo soli 3 giorni. In questo hotel se non parli tedesco non sei nessuno, vieni praticamente ignorato dalla proprietaria, molto scortese. Camera da incubo, moquette vecchia e rattoppata, sporca e maleodorante, bagno piccolissimo e senza nemmeno il bidet. Lenzuola bucate e ragni nella stanza. La colazione quasi esclusivamente salata, hanno poco interesse per gli italiani che amano la colazione dolce. A mai più veramente.
