We have just had another amazing holiday in Hilton Dalaman. The Hotel opened in 2009 and every year apart from one we have either stayed once or twice a year. My husband and I love to travel, but this is our go to Hotel for total relaxation. The scenery, wildlife, food and staff are all outstanding. The hotel has several extra restaurants apart from the buffet restaurant where you pay extra, in these you are waited on by staff who have been working at the Hotel for many years. Which ever one you choose you will be greeted by: Senel in the Turkish, Ozer in the fish, Uger & Tugce in the Italian, Fatos & Eray in the Chinese and Yalcin in the Indian. Along with all the other waiters and waitresses they are working hard with and training. You can also meet these wonderfully friendly people at the Breeze and Vento restaurants at lunchtime. I must end this with a big Thank You to Serdar who is the front desk director, he and his team will do anything to make your stay one to remember,
