Overpriced and basic and no way is 4 star maybe 2 at best. Pool is good for kids and area is ok. That’s where the good points end Rooms are old and basic. Aircon is 20 years old and they even charge you per day for this which is unbelievable and doesn’t even work Zero room maintenance is done. No cleaning no washing towels. Nothing It’s basically a shell of a room they charge you over 170 euros a night for 2 weeks here was a big mistake with kids Pool area plays music that’s too loud from 10am till 8pm. There is nothing to do in the area other then a really nice pizza restaurant nearby and grocery story Beach is 30 min walk expect huge crowds Would I come here again. No way. Would I recommend anyone coming here no I wouldn’t sorry

This is not 4 star, it is 2 star at the most. We booked an apartment with garden view. Due to the flight delay, car rental queues, etc. we arrived quite late, after midnight. There was no receptionist, only a guy was infront of the hotel who checked us in, he seemed like the maintenance or someone who was left there to do the night shift. He didn't speak english, so we eventually managed to get some basic info of the location of our apartment by gesturing and guessing some basic words. The gate of the house where our apartment was situated was broken off its hinge and was hanging so I needed to drag it open. The garden that was supposed to be, was in fact a very small common front yard with the other apartments in the same house. Some shrubs along the fence. The apartment seemed ok at first but we found no toiletries, that was replaced the next morning. There were some kitchen equipment in the drawers but no kettle, no microwave, only a gas hob. We used a small pot to boil water for our morning coffee. There is no washing up liquid, no sponge, no kitchen towel. In the shower there was nothing to put our toiletries on, the sliding doors almost came off. We found hairs in the soap dish and in the toilet. The most horrible part is just as follows. We received a letter at check in with some information. - You have to pay €7 if you want your towels replaced. We just managed our one week stay but if you come here for longer this will definitely be a problem. - There is no cleaning service for the apartments, this was said by the receptionist. - You have to take the rubbish to the refuse area yourself, which turned out to be by the main building, couple minutes walk or drive. The refuse area turned out to be unlocked only for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. There were no information on recycling we only had 2 rubbish bags in the apartment.

Ottima animazione ci siamo divertiti molto. Gaetano super energia e coinvolgimento del pubblico, Mattia molto simpatico e divertenre, Noemi e Andrea bravissime e molto empatiche. Grazie veramente. La struttura degli Ontani invece necessita di una sistemata un pò troppo datata, avrebbe un gran potenziale . Peccato che chiudano la piscina dalle 13 alle 15.30.

Abbiamo allogiato nel residence in famiglia ad agosto per una settimana. Posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le piu belle e ampie spiagge del litorale. Animazione maragu' che dire? 4 giovani animatori, gentili, simpatici disponibili e mai invadenti Gaetano capo animatore, un ragazzo che sprizza energia, entusiasmo, amore per il suo lavoro da tutti i pori, continua così!!! Andrea hai intrattenuto e fatto ballare i bambini in modo eccellente brava, grazie! Noemi la tua dolcezza, il tuo sorriso ci ha conquistato dal primo minuto non perdere mai la tua vitalità! Mattia che dire di mattia.... Ti sei messo in gioco per fare divertire il pubblico entrando in vesti singolari, sei un grande, continua a divertirti e a fare divertire. Vacanza fatta in coppia col mio compagno Abbiamo trovato sia il ristorante che la pizzeria chiuso quindi dovevamo per forza uscire per mangiare molto probabilmente la stagione non era ancora partita essendo andati le prime due settimane di Giugno

Nous appréhendions un petit peu car nous avions lu des avis défavorables. Mais nous nous avons été surpris en bien. L’accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, l’appartement, deux pièces spacieux et propre. Le wi-fi fonctionne très bien. La piscine est d’une bonne taille. Après une nuit, nous avons demandé s’il était possible de nous changer le matelas qui faisait la cuvette. Une heure après c’était fait. nous avons demandé un parasol, et là aussi ils nous l’ont amené dès le lendemain. Qualité prix, il n’y a rien à redire le seul bémol est quand on a un appartement qui se trouve au-dessus du garage (bruyant à cause des motards qui manquent de savoir vivre) et les chiens aux alentours qui aboient souvent. Mais ça, l’hôtel n’y est pour rien. Je finirai par remercier tout le personnel qui a été très gentil et serviable. Nous reviendrons

Residence accogliente e carino. L'animazione Maragu fantastica, Andrea e Mattia molto simpatici e coinvolgenti nei giochi in acqua e fuori, il dj Fabrizio eccellente con la musica e in fine Gaetano sempre con molta allegria e grinta per far coinvolgere e diverite tutti. Un team unito e solare e molto allegri, capaci di coinvolgere sia bambini che adulti, hanno reso le nostre vacanze migliori.

Struttura assolutamente non di 4 stelle! Appartamentino molto modesto, con aria condizionata che è possibile usare solo ed esclusivamente pagando una cifra di 10 € al giorno. Dopo avere effettuato il pagamento, al ns arrivo ci hanno fatto pagare un extra per le pulizie finali. Per non parlare della peggiore delle cose: L’animazione…..! Fatta malissimo, con musica e microfono a tutto volume sino a mezzanotte inoltrata. Ovviamente in tutto questo non è affatto possibile sino a tale ora. Lo sconsigliano vivamente!!!
