Vista Cay Resort by Orlando Resorts Rental

Our apar**ent was perfect for 5 days self catering in Orlando. We can't fault the cleanliness of the apar**ent and it suited our needs for the time we were there. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, with plenty of hot water. Great to have use of a washing machine and tumble dryer. Our apar**ent ( 4102 #307) was located over at The Reserve, a smaller complex next door to the main complex, It was ideal for the local Publix supermarket which was a 5 minute walk. There is also a brand new pool facility that has just opened here. It's fabulous. Plenty of sun beds, parasols. Families will love this facility for quiet days off from the parks. Communciation from management to access resort and apar**ent was very good. Parking is plentiful. We had no problems parking right outside our block. Access to Disney, Icon Park, Universal, Sea World and the airport is very easy from this resort, so location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again. It's excellent value for money. The apar**ent is a little dated now so don't expect ultra modern furniture and fittings. We would have liked a safety deposit box to keep valuables. We didn't find one in our apar**ent. You will need to drive to find decent places to eat out. The local amenities are a bit limited near Publix.

The Orlando Resorts Rental team was exceptional in helping us with our extended business stay at Vista Cay including making several itinerary changes and making sure our condo was well stocked. We've stayed at the Vista Cay resort before because of it's value, reasonable cost and convenience being located so close to the convention center. The club house, pool and amenities are great. There is a large wall-mounted tablet in the unit that provides all the info you need: a map of the resort (which is huge), wifi, access codes, check-in and check-out info. It's so easy to use and so helpful! For the condo itself, we were on the first floor with a 3 bedroom unit. The condo was very clean, spotless and had everything we needed but could benefit from some repairs and updates considering the price we paid. Walls, doors and hardware were definitely worn down and in some cases broken. An outlet with exposed wires and missing an outlet cover. A ceiling light missing its cover with exposed light bulbs. Broken door stops. Ripped couch cushions. Broken blinds. Just a few of the most noticeable things. None of these damages impacted our stay or would keep us from coming back, but are the kinds of normal wear and things you expect in an Air BnB at half the price. Lastly, we had a security concern where there was a clear attempt to break down window screens and attempted break-in when we were away. Luckily windows were locked and nothing was stolen, no signs that anyone got into the unit. We shared pictures with the Orlando Resorts Rental team and they responded promptly, appropriately and took our concerns very seriously. It is a gated community but there are open pedestrian gates and I don't think it's at any fault of the resort or its staff, just something to be aware of. For business, we would absolutely stay again, but we have some lessons learned about making specific requests next time to address concerns and make sure we're getting good value.

Bldg 4126/ unit 105. Beautiful unit! Spotless. They have ceiling fans in the bedrooms which I cannot live without. Perfect location. Quiet but convenient. Nice pool in our area or you can take your family to the active one with the bar and arcade. My family got to use it while I worked at the convention. They said it was amazing. Publix can't get any closer. Since you have a full kitchen and laundry. Gated. Free parking! In this town?! Went to Ciao Italia nearby. Wow! Neat check in tablet. I wish hotels had these. For all of this the price is crazy good. Can I rate it 10 stars? Nothing can compare.

Brilliant property well located on a very quiet part of the resort. You technically get your own house with all the facilities you need. Clean, tidy and air-conditioned when you arrive. A very well equipped kitchen area which we utilised daily. Full laundry in the garage which we also used. We had a small issue with the air con one day and was immediately attended within an hour which was superb service. The whole Vista Cay site is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Not far from the parks and the little shopping site less than half a mile has a decent sized Publix. Nice craft beer pub also just around the corner. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

For the price we paid, I was expecting to get some thing subpar to the photos shown in the listing. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and location. Check-in and check-out was an absolute breeze! The rooms were plenty big, and the entire apar**ent was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Everything was clean and modern, and we will definitely be visiting again! Things we loved: -No check-in required at the front desk. Go straight to your room and check in on the device provided -Gated, quiet community -Publix located right outside our gate -Extremely Spacious -Trash take-out bins inconspicuously located directly outside our Apar**ent door and picked up daily Things we did not like: Nothing! If I had to complain about 1 thing, it would be that our apar**ent bedroom faced the highway and was a bit noisy at night, but did not interfere with our sleep.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT VISTA CAY, VERY SAVE AND CLEAN PLACE TO STAY. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, MALL, SUPERMARKETS. KIDS FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND EASY ACCESS TO THE HIGHWAY.

We booked through Orlando Resort Rentals for our Vista Cay stay. Daniel was quick to respond to any emails with questions. Our condo in Vista Reserve was clean and looked new. It is a great place to stay if you have anything at the Orange County Convention Center....It is so close....no fighting traffic.

I loved this game place, definitely will book with them again and have been telling family & friends to use them. Plenty of room, living room & full kitchen. Each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom. Plus laundry area, which was a huge plus for us. And the kids loved the pool & game room.

The condo couldn’t have been more desolate if it tried. No “welcoming” factor in this unit in building 5049. The dryer didn’t work all week, so we had to bring our towels daily to them. This unit had so many issues, we should have been moved. The mattresses are shot. The pillows were a lot to be desired. I could go on, but it’s not worth it. Definitely wouldn’t go back to this unit. The manager was nice & compensated us a little bit. - I will give the pool, pool bar and in general resort a decent review. They are all well maintained, unlike this unit.
