Holiday Inn Resort Orlando - Lake Buena Vista, an IHG Hotel

It was clean and conveniently located near Disney.

We had an amazing time! Best part was the location as we were 15 minutes away from everything fun!

Booked this spot as a place to stay for a convention as vendors, so we had a looot of luggage. Front desk was extremely helpful not only with our room assignment but holding our luggage. This was around Christmas time and it was decorated very cutely. Lots of entertainment, will definitely consider rebooking for next year’s travels!

Family oriented and lots of activities to do with kids. Courteous staff and clean clean clean

Our family of four needed an affordable place to stay close to Disney Springs that was pet-friendly. This Holiday Inn checked both of those boxes, and we had top notch service at checkin and checkout. They offered flexibility to check in early and leave late (even though we ended up not needing that). We used the pool a couple of times, and it met our needs and had hourly family activities during the afternoon. The room was good-sized, and even though non-bed seating was limited, we did appreciate having a good-size hotel fridge, a microwave, and complimentary k-cups. In addition to being close to Disney Springs (under 10 minute drive even in traffic), there was a Chick Fil A across the street & a solid Puerto Rican restaurant very close. We didn’t use the on-site Applebees, though apparently kids eat free for every meal. There’s a Publix less than ten minutes away in case you need a few more things.

The bed is too high. As a petite woman, it was difficult for me to climb in the bed. The sofa has stain. It was comfortable bed so far and i love the soap and shampoo they use.
