I was glad to stay in this hotel. The location was perfect and service was great.

The location was perfect. There are supermarkets and shopping mall nearby, just 3 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking . The staff in the front desk don’t show any enthusiasm, they are cold . The facilities are fantastic.

Great custom service.. excellent location.. I would come back and stay again

酒店是喜來登的度假村，地理位置不錯開車去Vinelind奧萊一英里，可以在房間裏做飯這樣吃飯舒適並且少花錢，酒店人員態度尚可。但是也存在很大問題，checkin當天要和前台推銷人員約分時度假的時間，我沒這個需求覺得不應該浪費我的時間，第二，房間是一樓，推開門一股濃重的黴味，非常不舒服，我們強烈要求換房間，結果派來一個技工換了空調濾網噴了清新劑，但這些根本不管用，我們強烈堅持要求換到樓上，折騰了一個小時換到了二樓，開門非常失望還是一股黴味，這樣也沒辦法就住下來，開窗通風，也去不掉味道，房間設施齊全，若放在八年十年前肯定是很不錯的，衹是已經老舊，浴巾上面有毛髮非常不應該，checkout的時候又來了一輪推銷提前預訂下次酒店，總之，我們覺得這喜來登萬豪的品牌，這樣的酒店質量實在不怎麼樣。

有車的話我覺得住這很好，還不收停車費，美國一晚停車費要200RMB

Muito ruim o hotel, extremamente mal cuidado, não tem limpeza alguma nas áreas comuns…alguém sujou o elevador de sorvete e ficou a sujeira por 3 dias sem ninguém limpar. E não é barato. Realmente não vale a pena.

On International Drive making it easier to get around to all the things you want to do. For us as just a couple we used the I drive trolley for our regular transportation to and fro but next year we will be bringing family (yes it’s that good a place to stay) so probably have to use a car. But their parking allocations are great. Also part of the Marriott businesses so know it’s always going to be up to standard.

Great place that has the convenience and all amenities for the family. Appliances are a little outdated and small (washer/Dryer)

Great place to stay with families and little kids. We enjoyed the kids pool and main pool. Room was comfortable aside from the pull out couch sofa that was not ideal for sleeping on. The staff was quick to bring anything we needed. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a decent place with spacious rooms and nice property.

The hotel is like a home away from home. The rooms have everything you need and the beds are so comfortable and spacious.

The resort structure is very helpful to entertain kids. The accommodation is good and the swimming pools are enormous.

The land ground was pretty. The villa we had was very clean. We had an issue with our lock on the door and security was called . They was right there speedy to fix the issue immediately. Oscar was really nice. What I liked about this resort was even though we had a washer and dryer we called down to the desk every other day and asked for laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher, soap, bath towels, hand towels. Wash cloths. And one thing I can say about all of that is this resort is not stingy on giving you any of those products or bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes they would bring up immediately within 10 minutes, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, that would last two days they never acted like there was a shortage and they do not charge you for doing that . That is one great quality that the Sheraton offers for their patrons.

Great stay! I enjoyed pretty much everything about the property. The only thing is the parking spaces at night filled up quickly so I had to park kind of far away from the building I stayed at.
