Great location, yet there're regular noise at night which keep us awake.

The hotel is ok in general but the worst part is the check in and check out. There’s this one short hair at the reception, she was so rude and she looked like as if we owe her money during check in. Upon check out, we asked to store our luggage at the hotel for 3 more hours as we have a flight departing at 9pm. The same girl lied to us and said their luggage room is full so they cannot accommodate that. However, we were traveling with a newborn and 2 toddlers so we have to put the luggage at the hotel first. So we asked if we can see the luggage room and the moment she opened the door, THE ROOM WAS ALMOST EMPTY. Worst receptionist ever!!! Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

酒店很新，衞生環境方面都不錯，小遺憾房間被請安排在了電梯正對面，開關電梯的聲音大，無法休息好，樓上又不斷會有挪動東西的聲音，雖然前台可以給調換房間，但是和同行的朋友不在同一樓層就沒有更換，加了帶雙早的房間，早餐9:30結束，餐品單一併且9:00左右就看不到水果和酸奶還有雞蛋了。

Very nice hotel; helpful friendly staff. Clean. Very modern. Close to lots of dining option and shopping.

Overall a really nice one night stay before our flight home. The toom was very nice and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that our bathroom didn't have a exhaust fan to use when showering. The pool was nice. Could have used a vacuum to clean out some leaves at the bottom. The temperature was great and our daughter spent most of the night in it. We did not opt for the breakfast because of the surcharge but the room looked nice and it smelled good as we were leaving. Overall we liked it and the value was good. We would stay again.

The check in process took long due to their computers being slow. Their snack bar by guest services did not have good options. I liked the room. A towel I received had a yellow stain on it. It was located in area that was convenient to get to things.

Very nice clean up to date rooms. Nice property. Convenient drive to all attractions. There was visible mold growth on ceiling of shower surround.

Super clean and very quiet resort rooms. Breakfast was good and many hot dishes to choose from with standard cereal and oatmeal as well. Location is great for a Disney trip or just enjoying the area. The entrance could be better lit or marked, we missed the road twice in the dark. Serena Gomez was an amazing staff member who made breakfast efficient and pleasant for our stay.

The hotel it was great only thing was our rooms aren’t clean when we went out and returned the first night they will extend room cleaning service out to 4:30 PM but that is literally my soul complaint. Everything else was amazing. They eat breakfast in the morning is OK the meat or sausage taste like vegan meat other than that everything was pretty good. Those are my two things they do have a heated pool as well.

Highly recommend! Hotel is very nice and clean. Close to everything. Hotel is the largest room I’ve ever book for a hotel.

We had the BEST stay at Pestana. It is a new hotel so everything is fresh and new. It was our first time staying here. We live a couple hours away from the park and are always looking for our go to affordable stay near Disney. 12 minutes to Animal Kingdom, 14-16 min to Magic Kingdom. The front desk staff were friendly! The hotel room was immaculate along with the rest of the hotel. Beds were comfortable and new, bedding was soft. We reserved a double queen with sofa bed. It was a great space. Room was stocked with everything you need. No Keurig but had another pod coffee maker, with Wolfgang Puck coffee. It was pretty good. The shampoo conditioner and soap products smelled great. They actually provide housekeeping daily. When we came back everything was restocked nicely. I didn't have to spend any of my vacation going to front desk to get anything. The room had microwave and fridge/freezer which allowed us to refreeze our ice chest items. Super helpful. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Disney parks and outlet of Vineland. The service at the front desk was very good, the rooms have the amenities that one needs. Very good cleanliness and the complimentary buffet breakfast met expectations. I will return without a doubt.
