A good location if you need a spot to stay before or after Mount Shasta - the snow through the pass can be tricky. The hotel is ok but try to get the top floor since you can hear everything through the ceiling. The heating unit is really noisy! The breakfast is typical-not much for choices but if you just need a coffee & yogurt like we do then this stop will work well.

Came in at 5pm to checkin after an 9 hour drive and was givin a room that was occupied and we had to come back down with our laungage 5 suitcases. And wait 15 more mins for a room To get a room and finally they found a room that was handicap accessible and the beds were too low , shower had a chair in the tub so it was hard to move around ! Whole experience was horrible and would like my money back !

A great stop on our road trip. Great facilities and location. Our family felt comfortable and safe. Breakfast had alot of variety and excellent coffee.

Good size room. Good service, nice breakfast, overall cleanliness was pretty good. A couple things missed like Lego’s in the couch pull-out sleeper and the shower glass door had streaks and water spots on it. The pool is pretty small but luckily we were the allowed to check in early and were the only ones in it. It would have been crowded if anyone else would have come in. I am supposed to pay only $145 for the room but see a charge of $170 on my credit card so we will see if that changes.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean as was the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

We were there for a quick overnight for a sporting event. The staff at check in/out were friendly, speedy, and helpful. The room was clean, not sparkling, but clean enough.
Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. We needed addition towels at 10 pm, and after a call to the front desk they were delivered to our room within minutes. Close to food and gas! I don’t foresee ever being back in the area, but if I were to return I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Easy access to highway 5, updated bathroom, clean room, easy parking, mini fridge, full breakfast available at 630am. Everything we were looking for in a one night stay with an early departure.
