Very good location, if you travel by car - free parking. Lovely rooms, very clean, beds comfy. Accept cats, which was my purpose in Örebro - Scandinavian Winner Show - the hotel have a restaurant and by far the most amazing breakfast buffet I’ve seen in years - very pleasant service. Lovely hotel

It is a Scandic.. high standard and great breakfast. Take swim, relax in the sauna or do a workout.. at this hotel you can do it all. In the evening, the bar/resturant provide happiness for your stomach.

Outdated typical Scandic hotel in close proximity of the highway. Staff at reception cold, not unfriendly but cold. Room outdated, beds not so good. A lot of parking space available. This hotel is made for customers who are just travelling by. Breakfast typical Scandic, nothing to complain, nothing to highlight.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Scandic Vast Hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless,m.The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Worst from worst hotel. Police is offen there , so I guess not only their parking place is unsafe. Useless stuff on reception, rude and always unfriendly. Rooms cleaning is also far from being satisfactory. Found someone’s hairs in sink, and other used higyen products between beds. Breakfast super basic, but again came 10 minutes before - they said we are closing, it’s not what you expect at hotel. But the “ diamond” of the hotel is manager - passive-aggressive woman in her late 50-s, should definitely change her job, since communication with people is not what she is succeeded. Management definitely has to be changed , since all what’s going on there need big changes. # noToScandicOrebroVast

Good ambiance. clean rooms and nice and clean double beds for single person and also very quite to stay in the room and good enough space for your work space(table and a table lamp) too. You have a iron to iron your clothes.

Stay away from this hotel!!! My bad luck choosing this hotel. Stuff manager highest level of rudness and discrimination i ever have seen in in my life. Unprofessional and braking law. I had some questions according my reservation, instead of answering she said she doesnot know and that i have to leave reception, after all this unsuccessful dialogue i asked my money back for the night which was payed upfront , she also denied, literally just humiliated and disrespected me as a guest. Too many details to share. While i has been spoking to main office by phone- she just called the police on me. Unbelievable situation where i was first time in my life for doing nothing. When police came she gave money back, which proves only the fact what kind of reason was behind it- humiliation and disregard. That woman was stuff manager, after this i guess its no need to tell more, since manager is just overusing her power being there and treating guest as bad as she wants. Cameras are not checked same as voice records , which shows how they are " interested" in making investigation after this terrible situation. Rudness, disrespect and violation of your rights as guest all you gonna face at this hotel.

Great base for our party to stay for a wedding Helpful friendly staff who coped well with a busy schedule and many different nationalities The room was modern and clean Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of dishes and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff are constantly clearing and tidying keeping the dining area clean and attractive.

This is a great hotel with an excellent service from the person! I can warmly recommend the hotel to others. The staff is very helpful when you need assistance and the rooms are comfortable. A huge thanks for a nice visit.
