Nice centrally located hotel in Örebro. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was nice, reasonably sized, fresh and spotless clean. The only thing I missed was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. That really should be standard in any hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Fresh food, fresh fruit, orange juice, a large selection of hot & cold dishes. Overall a pleasant stay.

Stayed here during a conference with my company and it was good hotel with great facilities as large meeting rooms and a large dinner area. The rooms were good size and the food was ok, however I was really disappointed that my vegetarian dessert was leftovers from breakfast, yogurt with granola... . Only downside is that all sounds can be heard very clearly and at the evening it was a lot of noise from downstairs that disturbed quite a bit.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was comfy and clean, excellent breakfast and we loved the fabulous relaxation centre. Only thing we would have liked but didn't have was a fridge in the room. Will definitely stay here again next time were in Örebro.

Upon arrival after a long day of travel, the parking entrance wouldn't open when we buzzed. With my group in the van, I scurried in to the front desk to ask what I needed to do to get parked. I was greeted warmly by Lee, who was amazing and dove right in to get us set and me calmed down ;) The parking lots spaces were filled for onsite parking so he got us the info needed for a nearby lot (that actually turned out to cost less than the onsite parking and was a reasonable difference). He was fine with us parking in front while we unloaded our bags to check in and checked us in efficiently and was so kind. We really appreciated him! We had dinner at the restaurant and our food was good and the staff in the restaurant were very good as well. Our breakfast was good and our room was comfortable. The location of the hotel was great with many places that we wanted to visit in easy walking distance. We enjoyed our whole experience here, and each time we passed through the lobby and Lee was working, he chatted with us by name to see how things were going - thank you, Lee!

Expensive, hot and I got a room that should never have been avaliable. Pick any other hotel in the town of Örebro and you will get at least the same if not better experience for less money. The room had a constant background noise from some kind of generator, most likely connected with the relax-spa on top. It was always on which made it very difficult to sleep. When I complained about it, all other rooms were booked (true). But the staff seemed not the slightest surprised about it, they no doubt had heard that complaint before. So this hotel has issues when it comes to leadership, they focus on making money thanks to their location just across from the Conventum. Add the name "Grand" and it will always get people to stay there. The hotel itself has the reputation of being the hottest hotel in town. it has always had that issue for the last decade, but once again, seems not to be prioritized. I wonder how much money the hotel could save by actually trying to lower the heating cost... My guess, quite a lot... So find another hotel to spend your money on. This one just isn't worth it at all.

I arrived very (after midnight), and was confronted with a full park house. I was immediately offered a parking spot on a space close to the gate - on an area that seemed to be reserved for hotel cars. A small gesture, but very much appreciated. The room itself was basic and pretty small, but all was clean and the bed was of good quality. Worthwhile mentioning: an iron + board are available in the room. The internet was OK too. Breakfast has a lot of choices.

Nice location very near Södra Station, nice rooms, nice staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Cleaning was alright in rooms but totally unhygienic in other places. Price a bite high for standard rooms.

Service, rooms, restaurant and breakfast was good as always at a scandic hotel. And the location is very good. Near to centre and arenas. I think that you always will be satisfied when you stay at a Scandic hotel.

Happy happy to stay there, very nice hotel and services and food too. I enjoyed a lot during my stay there. the behavior of the staff was also very nice. Room has enough space. Food quality was also very good.
