Days Inn by Wyndham Orangeburg South

Smelled of cigarettes. Ladies of the evening working the parking lot We got overcharged for the price we booked at. Roaches everywhere! We could hear tvs blaring and numerous loud conversations from other rooms. We stayed about 4 hours to recover from our long travel, and couldn't take anymore! Stay away, far away! I would give a negative 100 score of available. Worst experience ever in my 60 years

Stopped here on our way home. Pool was not open (wasn’t mentioned on the site). Rooms were dated, but the staff were friendly and they offer free breakfast. Plus, it’s right off the highway. Checkout is supposed to be at 11 am, but we had hotel staff continuously knocking on our door starting at 9am asking if we were checking out, which was extremely frustrating. Likely will not stay here again.

The worst hotel experience. We walked into the room and it smelled like urine and feces. We went straight back to the front desk to get our money back. They refused to give all our money back. We spent $100 deposit plus an additional $100 for the room. They only refunded $100 and kept the other $100. The lady at the front desk refused to give me all my money back. The place was uninhabitable. I could not sleep in a room that smelt that bad. I called the next day and the same lady hung up on me. I am calling by Wyndham headquarters to file a complaint. Also, I am going to complain with the Board of health and other governing agencies. This place is awful. The worst hotel experience I have ever had to deal with.

Bathroom smells very bad and room not clean, they only clean superficial , good reception service but not clean room

Some modern updates in lobby, elsewhere a mix of new and shabby, rough furniture, mildewed lampshades with 25 watt bulbs, hard to see and read, dirty, broken bathroom doors, moldy cracked shower/tub, dirty corners and overall tired appearance.

Great value for the price . Pet friendly hotel . A little close to the interstate so ear plugs would have been useful. Did not try the breakfast as we were just there to sleep . Room clean . Bed and pillows very comfortable.
