Charming Farmhouse Cottage with Mountain Views

Our guest cottage is a quaint retreat set on a 14 acre farm with beautiful views from all sides. There is no shortage of things to do both on and off the farm. You can warm up by the fireplace indoors or out, picnic under a tree or take a dip in our salt water pool. Nearby attractions include Montpelier, Shenandoah National Park and several top rated wineries. We are conveniently located near the Market at Grelan and the town of Orange. Ready for adventure or just want to relax, we got you! Our cottage is situated next to the pool across from the main house. The downstairs includes a cozy den area with a working fireplace, and table and chairs. We recently added wifi and a smart TV. There is also a kitchenette with a mini fridge and small toaster oven. Coffee and tea are included with an electric kettle and french press. There is no stove but lots of restaurants in nearby Orange and Gordonsville. Upstairs is a full bath with shower stall and bedroom with a full bed. Parking is available in front of the garage next to the cottage. The pool is available for your use May-September. The gazebo is available year around. With a larger table and chairs, it is a great area for outdoor dining and includes a fireplace. Dog friendly, but this is a working farm so for their safety leashes are recommended. There are no laundry facilities available for guests at this property.
