As for the ***agement, the government is keeping tabs on foreigners asking for all the documents for legally entering the country. It’s really hostile for ***agement to act like immigration officers. And then bothering again and again because they made a mistake in filing some government intimations forms about a foreigner being here. No other hotel system in other states have bothered me about my documents even after I entered this country legally.
They placed us in a corner and forgot about us. Room service only showed up after 3rd day, room cleaning.
Overall, this place is just a fancy looking place with poor services. FYI their food was horrible, it tasted like rubbish, weird blend of spices that didn’t even felt like Indian food. I ordered Gobi ***churian and some fries that arrived cold.
Outside food is not allowed, so I had to walk a quarter of a km away in the cold so be prepared.
4 star resort with 2 star service.

Positives - Comfortable beds. Nice views. Excellent dinner and breakfast.
Negatives - Wifi didn’t work. Service was painfully slow.

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

We've stayed at Sterling Elk Hill ***y times. It is located up on a hill with great views. The property is well maintained and Sterling team does a great job of making the guests comfortable. Restaurant and in room dining is good and there are play areas and activities to keep kids busy. Great option for a comfortable stay.

We are enjoying sterling elk hill....room is really awesome...and good view.... bonfire with d j is really awesome...and enjoying discovery.....so very well Iam really recommend my friends and family...and Divya shree she really doing good job

Resturant service was good, especially Anitha that girl take care well,we expect mutton curry and briyani it's missing,here the room renovation work was going that noise was disturbed usthe indor game also very costly,then out of this ok forus.

The property is lavish and very neatly kept. We had taken couple suits for a total of six families We were happy with the service but rooms could have been a bit bigger for the price. It was expensive compared to other premium resorts. The housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff are very helpful. The food was good too. The restaurant staff made extra effort to obliged with our services even after the buffet timings were over. Especially for hasslefree checkout and check-in facilities made by Mr Sharif Uddin and his team.
