The rooms were very dirty, bathroom was unclean, blankets were so unhygienic and it literally had dirt in it. The road to the hotel was very narrow. The kitchen and breakfast area was very dirty.

It was a nice experience to stay at grand sapphire. Rooms were spacious and service was also good. Location was near to centre of city.

Hotel as per makemytrip web seen tobe good with 2 star. But actually it is a cheaper hotel very poor maintenance and bad house keeping. Lesser staff. No restorant room walls have fungus and no colouring since many years. Windows not getting locked, threth for security. Not a safe place to stay with family.

The hotel has a nice ambiance and is located in the center of town. Overall i had a good experience.

Service was very good and pleasing. Food quality and taste was really excellent, room and toilet was neat and clean, very good for staying with kids as well s safety
