The hotel is kept to a high standard staff were friendly and attentive room was great view was great from our room 14. Food was good. Staff presentation was excellent. The grounds were ***icured with lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views. I would definitely come again.

This hotel has the best view , food and rooms Hotel staff is welcoming specially Shekhar ji he is the oldest staff and provided us heater hot water bags after long day trips .We stayed for two nights with 3 year old must day worth it . My kid too enjoyed as everything was easily accessible n could play in natural placement.

Staff was very pleasent and professional, nice staff with good ambience. Trea**ent was very good and excellent food. Friendly staff and they treated properly. Located at hill top with pleasent weather and very good to place to stay. Hope they maintain the same and improvise.

Excellent property to stay one of the best cuisine enjoyed ther staff was highly professional and helpful everyone there was warm and welcoming really loved staying there will definitely come again and recommend family and friends keep it up!!!

Its an excellently located hotel, in the midst of nature. Very quiet & peaceful. The staff is very courteous, helpful & great service. The rooms are nicely done & very cozy. They actually have a live fireplace in the room which we stayed Windsor & they light the fireplace on request. The food is also equally good. Overall, it was an excellent experience, a must stay place.

Set in the midst of Nilgiris, Ooty, King's Cliff is an amazing place to unwind and relax. It's serene, beautiful and well maintained. It also has a history of more than 150 years. The staff were really courteous and polite, making th whole experience worth while and satisfying. Ask the staff for a quick tour of this heritage property to be amazed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The room had all the amenities we needed with additional bed for kid and was really comfortable. The location is up on the hill with a scenic balcony view. Food was good too and having breakfast sitting in glass House is nice experience. Taxi facility also available and you do Zomato as well. Overall nice stay

Great and delicious food. Good ambiance and friendly staffs.The premises was ancient but neat.we have enjoyed the vacation very much. And all staffs are very polite and Especially front office sasi and Sandeep very professional and given a best service

Very nice place to stay and relax. Food is the main reason fo booking.. service is good too.. shanthi helped us to keep the room neat and tidy... Reception people also helped a lot all and responded to our calls even late night... atlast excellent relaxing place...
