This hotel is a gem in Coonoor. Located uphill, the balconies are having amazing unobstructed panoramic view of the valley. And the amenities provided are of top notch quality. Room ans bathroom are absolutely clean. The restaurant also having breathtaking valley view and amazing food. The breakfast is awesome. Overall, memorable start. Will visit again. Last but not the least, at the evening, walk further 500 m uphill and go to the last point of the hill to enjoy the 360 degree view of the valley and tea plantation. Don’t miss it.

It was a pleasant experience for the recent trip planned to Ooty and our stay at the Sleeping Beauty Resort. The friendly staffs, the food and the beauty from the balcony was the takeaway for us. Felt so relaxed amidst the beauty of nature and the awesome food served during the day whenever requested is much appreciated..Even we played cricket as well with the staffs and guests on-boarded at felt like a family meet. Would love to visit again and thanks for providing all that was needed in a timely manner.

Sleeping Beauty Resorts is a charming, cozy retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms with balconies are especially romantic, offering stunning scenic views. Even during summer, the weather felt pleasantly cool—almost like being in a room with natural air conditioning. The hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member was warm and attentive, with a special shoutout to Thiagarajan, who was like a walking, talking Google for everything in and around Ooty and Coonoor. The food felt home-cooked and comforting, with the breakfast spread being an absolute highlight. Highly recommend this place for couples seeking a peaceful getaway. We especially loved the nearby sunset point—just a 100-meter walk—with serene views and access to a beautiful tea garden. The only minor downside was the reception’s proximity to the rooms. While convenient to approach reception, it did get a bit noisy at times with phone calls and guest chatter.

Ideal location with beautiful surroundings and scenic views. Outstanding hospitality—the staff truly made our visit memorable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality really made a difference.

The management staff are polite and helpful. The ground staff, in room service is best. They don't charge extra for the same. The rooms are clean and best in comfort. They even help us to arrange our travel with driver for sight seeing. I just loved it.
