An excellent stay overall. The hospitality of all the staff stands out. We were very happy with the experience and would definitely want to visit again. The food was great as well! Special mention for Mr. Thiagarajan for guiding us in every possible way and making sure we are very comfortable. We are immensely grateful to him :)

Sleeping Beauty in Coonoor continues to impress! This was our third visit, and the hotel once again provided an unforgettable hospitality experience. We were delighted with the spotless rooms and the attentive service. Mr. Thiagarajan, the manager, deserves special recognition. His politeness and helpfulness were remarkable. He not only offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and cuisine, but also skillfully managed our room booking. We had initially booked two different room types due to availability, but he ensured we could stay in the same room throughout our stay. This was incredibly helpful, especially with a 6-month-old baby. The entire staff, including the fantastic housekeeping team and particularly Raju and Raghu, made us feel truly welcome.

Great service by thiagarajan! Hospitality was great and location was outstanding. The food was also great and service was great by the staff. The view from the room is great. Room was great. Overall great service by the staff especially Thaigarajan.

The stay has been absolutely amazing. Extremely comfortable rooms with amazing view, excellent hospitality, very delicious food. The management and the staff members organized a beautiful birthday celebration for my daughter ***** with an amazing bond fire . I highly recommend people to please visit this amazing place.

This resort is located at very nice place. You will get a nice view from your room and outside. It was a very pleasent stay. The staffs are really good and their hospitality is top notch. Food also very good here. Morning and evening You will get a chance a to see Sun rise and Sun set at the height of the mountain it was very close to the resort. Strongly recommended to others.

This guest house is well situated in an elevated position high above Coonoor and Wellington, with particularly attractive views. Positive: the very fresh mountain air, the elevator, far reaching mountain views from the room balcony, the peace and birdsong. Also one can take a very pleasant, short, easy, walk to the top of the hill above, from where there are beautiful 360° views. Negative: the food is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful, but somehow the restaurant lacks any atmosphere at night, which is a pity. Naturally by the time that one sits down to dinner it is dark outside - so one cannot see the fabulous views. Maybe some candles, softer lighting or quiet music might help to elevate the atmosphere a little. We booked the Queen Leah room. The room was clean, light and airy, but in fact was a little smaller than it looked in the photographs. Also sadly there was some noise from the kitchen - directly above - until about 1030 at night, and from 7 in the morning. It wasn’t too troublesome, but it does slightly spoil the peace that one is seeking in such a pretty place.

Magnificent view from the room balcony. Excellent staff and vegetarian friendly food. Enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. Very useful and friendly suggestions from Mr. Thiagrajan. Following are scope of improvements: - proper sign on main road to make it easy to reach the property. - Some improvements and resurfacing needed on the approach road after exiting the main Coonoor-Ooty highway. - Some improvements in the activity room needed (better carrom boards, table tennis tables and balls, etc) Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend this place for stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Sleeping Beauty by Nature Resorts. The cottage was incredibly spacious and featured a beautiful balcony with a stunning mountain view, making for a peaceful and relaxing experience. Mr. Thyagarajan was exceptionally courteous and kind, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. The breakfast buffet was decent, though I cannot comment on the other meals as I did not dine at the property. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for those looking to unwind amidst nature. Would definitely recommend it!
