Enjoyed my stay staff was nice even though I was accused of smoking and found untrue an apology was made overall really nice place to breakfast is great also

The room should not have been rented. The door had to be body slammed to open because the latch on the door was damaged. Hallways leading to the room were not finished. Spackel was smeared on the walls and left without paint.
Our room carpeting was dirty and had dog poo pushed into the carpet near the bed. The room smelled musty and dirty. Our air conditioner was loud and vibrated.
The manager that assigned the room was not friendly.
The pub attached to the hotel was dirty and the service was very slow. The food was very expensive.
I will not be staying at this hotel again.

There was mold all over the room, tv and phone didn’t work. Their restaurant that pointed out online it was opened… is not. No fridge in the room, the smell was horrible. Customer service wasn’t great either.

Terrible..mold on pillows. Pee stain on the sheets. Room smelt like smoke. Half the people were high on something there. Only 1 working elevator.

We showed up and the hotel was not clean, the AC had black mold. The walls were grimy and looked like it was falling apart. We had to request a refund and leave minutes after arriving.

I hate giving a negative review but I hope it helps someone decide on whether they will spend the money to bring their family here.
This place is filthy. Curtains, bathroom floor, sheets, walls all of it so so dirty! I can report that I DID NOT find any bed bugs.
The pool was freezing! We ended up just leaving the pool early because it was too cold to swim. When it was brought up to the front desk’s attention they had no interest in us.
The weekend breakfast is advertised on the website as being open until 10. The people working were rude, taking food away from people (yeah I wish I was making that up!) When my husband asked why they were cleaning up, he was told they were done with breakfast at 9 and was told (very rudely) to take the issue up with the front desk. While at breakfast we were told, by another hotel guest, to not let our children out of our sight. Because there were 4 guys walking around, making him feel very uneasy. And that someone tried to get into their room in the middle of the night. I never witnessed this but it should be known. Our family decided to just eat the money for the next 2 nights that we were suppose to stay and go to a different hotel.
The only positive from this experience is that the location was ideal for traveling to the zoo.

Room was dirty and had to switch rooms, there was a weird smell in the second room, elevators were sooo slow, pool was ice cold, tv didn’t work in the first or second room…. I don’t recommend staying here. We will not be back to this hotel :( very disappointing
