Montebello Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

Overall it was very good, mainly because of the location, the parking space in front of the hotel and the fact that you didn't have to think about what to eat, you took care of all your meals directly at the hotel. The beach is only a five to ten minute walk away. But the downside is that the room facilities are too old and the air conditioning is not very good, but overall it is not bad. 总体来说还是非常不错的，主要是位置好，门口有停车位，而且不用考虑吃什么，直接在酒店解决了所有用餐。距离沙滩走路只要五到10分钟的路程。但是缺点是房间的设施太老旧了空调也不是很好使，总体来说还不错吧。

A great holiday, our swim up room was brilliant. Room 2103, sun in the morning and a grateful shade in the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping were brilliant. Food was good, a bit repetitive but tasty, lots of choice. Glad that we had a swim up room as the sunbeds are busy, but it was the first full week of the school holidays.

We have just returned from the Montabello resort this is a very honest review. We travelled as a family of 5 19.16 and 12 year old. We booked thru on the beach so we were allocated 2 rooms. On arrival my oldest son and 16 year old daughter where put in a room with a double bed. Once I explained to reception they couldn’t share a bed and to just ask for a single camp bed to be put in they agreed however after 15 hours had to ring and ending then anyway all in all it was sorted. The rooms are very small and there is no space and everyone we had a shower the top shower head shot out and poured all over the bathroom. The food. Very very basic European food there really isn’t a great deal the main dishes are named mostly fish and either turkey or chicken. The dining area upstairs (where you have your evening meal) has no air con what so ever so very hot and uncomfortable. We lived in the kids option mostly (chicken nuggets and chips). The snack bar thru the day is a little better but is also in the main hotel which can be a problem when it’s tiles floors and they let people in wet. This is mostly burgers, chips/wedges and pizza. Overall not at all impressive we ended up eating out. The drinks arnt great upon arrival we were very happy to see effes on the lager option but this is very watered down and flat. There’s a few cocktails but the iced coffee are delicious. All inclusive is 10.00am till 11.00pm then you have to pay (not worth paying as not great). We also discovered a lot of Turkish family’s can bring food out from the dining hall on an evening to the tables at the pool bar but we couldn’t and had to eat in the hot dining area. The animation team were the best we have ever seen in Turkey 🇹🇷. Especially Ashley and Luke they absaloutly saved this hotel from sinking. They work morning till night and have everyone involved with lots of activities and making sure everyone feels included. There was amazing shows ever night and I can 100% say they work there butts off. If they could sort the food and drink out and spruce up the rooms this could be. 5 star. However I would say 3 star at the most
