Its the 3rd time I visited Oludeniz and so far Z exclusive has been my fav hotel. Good location, great rooms, nice pool (all rooms has a balcony that has direct access to the pool) & very friendly staff. Gul, Mustafa & Meral were so friendly and helpful. They were working so hard to make our stay enjoyable and they made sure that we have the best experience. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone for their Oludeniz trip!!!

We stayed in Daisy villa for three weeks in July with our daughter. Absolutely fantastic accommodation with a very private garden. The private pool was checked and maintained every day. The hotel and villas are family run and they will go out their way to help you. Zaf, the owner speaks perfect English which was helpful, and his mum and dad also help out….really lovely people. Mustsfa and Rose who work there and run the bar were friendly, fun and just fantastic people as well. Highly recommended!

This is exclusive in name and exclusive in service. This hotel feels very new hence everything works and is clean to a very high standard. I was fortunate enough to stay both in the swim up room and private luxury villas due to me extending my holiday. Villa has quality fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, Sat tv, 2 separate bedrooms (double bed and twin single) both with en-suite and WC. The well designed open plan living / dining / kitchen area is large with air conditioning throughout. Situated in its own private plot with wrap around pool and heated jacuzzi. The swim up room I stayed in (not honeymoon suite) has similar feel to Hilton hotels I have stayed in (Pattaya) and 5star Holiday Village (Egypt) Quality Room with small fridge freezer, Sat TV, swim up balcony and fresh air conditioned (No foul smells) The pool itself also has a huge heated jacuzzi, bar area and small dining area plus reception. The owner is one of the nicest, genuine guys I have met in my life. All staff, especially Sammie who is a beautiful caring scottish lady, are so welcoming that you will want to return just to see her.! Mustafa on the bar is my favourite Turk and we went out one night with this friendly guy. The chef is always smiling as are the cleaning team. Finally, the location is perfect. 5 min walk to main strip - straight out hotel, left then walking on strip, minutes later. Safe for kids - teens as only one road to cross and pedestrianised area - bars, shops, restaurants and beach road at end. Everything you need is in 10 -12 minute walking distance. Even though I’m having my teeth done @Chatdental clinic in Fethiye (20 min in taxi) I’m staying here in Oludeniz as this hotel, it’s owner and his team feel like extended family. We have just returned here from a 6 night stay and absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived we had the warmest of welcomes and the staff could not have done any more to help us. We are a family of 5 (children 8,10 and 12 yrs)and were lucky enough to stay in one of the beautiful villas. The villas are perfectly equipped for a self catering stay and we all thoroughly enjoyed making good use of the private swimming pool. It’s a short 5-10 minute walk from the shops, bars & restaurants and 15-20 mins walk to the beach. It’s only £3 in a taxi to the blue lagoon which was a great day out. Transfers to and from the airport were arranged for us via the owner and this worked out well and we paid cash to the driver. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal if you want to be near enough to walk to the main area but don’t want to be in the midst of it 24/7!
