Montana Pine Resort - All Inclusive

Reading the other reviews I think there must be another Montana Pine. We booked through TUI who rate the hotel as a 4*+ platinum resort. Firstly I must admit the staff are certainly doing their best trying to keep everyone happy but failing in some tasks.. I do agree the rooms and grounds are spotless if a bit dated. The balconies on the superior rooms are tiny barely room for two while some standard rooms balconies are larger. Our main gripe was the food.the salad section was fine if a bit repetitive, whereas the hot ? Section always just luke warm, the chefs were carrying trays of supposedly hot ? food out of the kitchen to place in the cloches without any hand heat protection as the food was only warm, this was evident from the beans at breakfast right through to all the chaffing dishes at lunch and dinner. The only hot food was the chips which kept getting topped up and the freshly cooked meat from the griddle. Oh and the plates were also cold . The desserts consisted of several baklava and some assorted fresh fruit and assorted Turkish delight , there was a gateaux one day but that swiftly disappeared not to be replaced . The coffee / tea machines kept failing, the orange juice was out of a machine and not good, cups kept running out, some of the staff in the dining room were more interested in their mobiles to clearing tables , replacing napkins or serving drinks. Glasses at the main bar were constantly running out and oftentimes really dirty.. My wife washed a pair of trousers through and requested an iron but was told she had to send them to the laundry . Finally the description of the hotel gives the impression of a sea view. Only after a trek up to the lean-to sunset bar ( no ice or lemon ) though the view is good . I’m sorry to write this negative review as everyone we talked to were returning guests who seemed to love it, but it just wasn’t for us.

Just returned from a holiday here with my partner and my 15, 10 and 3 year old daughters. Hotel staff could not be more accommodating or friendly. We stayed in 1606 which is a Mountain View suite, the views were beautiful but he warned it is a bit of a climb, especially if you are carrying a sleeping 3 year old :) but when you are in a “Mountain View” room you have to expect that. We spent most days around dolphin pool and only a few days we saw an issue with sunbeds but if you ask the hotel staff they will bring more beds and umbrellas for you. I am usually an early riser so always took the opportunity to go down to the pool to read my book, very peaceful watching the sunrise over the mountains. The cocktails just got better and better throughout the holiday under the watchful eye of Ugur, the hotel manager. There was a bit of a queue for drinks in the evenings but only 5/10 mins at the most but they are making a variety of cocktails so it is understandable. They have a great system where you can order “normal” drinks one side and then they ask you to wait just across the bar for your cocktails once you have ordered. Also, if you have a chat with Tufan ask if you can see his drawings, they are incredible!! Hamza and Ollie are a great entertainment team and I didn’t once see them without a huge smile on their faces. Evening entertainment was always good and lots of variety. Food was nice and there was always something for everyone. Hotel was always clean in all areas and there was someone available 24 hours on reception if you have an issues. Security staff will call you a taxi from just outside the gate and they are currently 90TL to Hisaronu and 130TL to Olu Deniz. There is a small shop on site with very reasonably priced snacks, hats, inflatable’s etc! Thank you Montana pine for a lovely holiday.

This was our 3rd visit to Montana Pine and it didn’t disappoint. On arrival which was the early hours as our flight was delayed the reception staff were helpful and welcoming they had sandwiches ready for us in case we were hungry. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were amazing as always . They were helpful kind friendly and very hard working throughout the whole hotel and did their upmost to make our family holiday perfect- Thank you The food was good with a varied choice. The entertainment ranged from live bands to stage acts such as dancers, acrobatics and a fire act with dancing afterwards . They had a good choice of activities throughout the day and again the entertainment staff looked after everyone very well . The spa treatment I had was amazing and good value for money I would highly recommend you try a treatment. The Montana Pine Boat trip was excellent and we had a brilliant day out with lovely food and an excellent crew . It is a little more expensive than the boat trips you can book in the town but I would again highly recommend you go with the hotels boat trip as it isn’t crowded (it is limited to about 14 guests) and they really look after you making it a wonderful day . For those reading this with children or caring for young adults with special needs, the hotel is a very safe environment with family first mentality. This year is their 30th anniversary and we were so pleased to be there to celebrate with you Montana Pine thank you all for such a lovely holiday ❤️

I travelled here with my husband for our first time to Turkey and we loved our time at the Montana Pine. We had a superior room over by the dolphin pool which was lovely, the surrounding scenery & gardens are beautiful and well looked after. The views and sunsets from the resort are truly breathtaking! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Hamza, Uzmat and our housekeeper whose name began ‘Hel’ I believe. Food was super tasty. The à la carte is worth booking for a change one evening. (One constructive criticism would be to train the staff on the cocktail making as these were a little hit and miss in taste) We also booked the Sunset Cruise on the hotels own boat which was a delight, minimal numbers so wasn’t crowded and we got chatting to some lovely other guests. We weren’t rushed at all, the captain even asking if we were ready to return after plenty of food and drink onboard. Ölüdeniz and the blue lagoon was just stunning, we even managed to randomly swim with a sea turtle! Thanks Montana Pine for making our first visit to Turkey amazing! We will return.

Im so sorry Montana Pine.This review should have been written in 2022 but I mistakenly submitted to the wrong hotel with similar address. We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday at your beautiful resort in September 2022. Fabulous food, stunning views,beautiful hotel grounds and choice of three lovely pools. Recommend the hotels Turkish massage and boat trips Such good value. Thankyou to all staff seen and unseen who provided such amazing service.Special mentions to the lovely Beruvin and also friendly helpful gentleman who opened the shop. We are returning this year and looking forward to our holiday so much!

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and obliging. Rooms clean and spacious. Sometimes the bar in the evening can get very busy with only a couple of staff serving, so waiting times can be quit long . Double up!

My husband and I have just returned after spending two wonderful weeks at this very special hotel. We could see why so many people came back time and again. Every member of staff seemed to go above and beyond to make everyone happy. The gardeners need a special mention for keeping all the grounds so beautiful. The rooms are kept spotless by a team of lovely ladies. Special mention to Zubeyde. You would be hard pressed not to find everything to eat in the restaurant, and the A La Carte was more than worth the supplement. Ice Cream available between 2pm and 4pm was a treat! We went on the 12 Island boat tour on the hotels own boat and had a delightful day and met some lovely people. I also had the Crocus Luxury Spa treatment at the Spa which was amazing. A trip to the cable car which is nearby, up the Babadag mountain is a must. Absolutely fabulous views, especially of the paragliders taking off! All in all a truly wonderful holiday. We will be back

Although it a little distant from the beach this hotel has so much to offer and in my humble honest opinion it's totally worth it 100%. Went there with the family and thinking of returning again possibly next summer.

Our second trip to Montana Pines been back a month and booked for next year for 3rd visit ,we just love this hotel it’s such a beautiful place nothing is too much trouble, the food is amazing ,something for everyone everywhere is so clean and the setting of hotel up in the Babadag mountain is amazing free shuttle bus to beach a smile and a small tip goes a long way with the hard working staff ,bed to hard ask for a mattress topper no problem
