Novum by the Sea

We stayed here in August 2024, a family with a 3 years old. The hotel is great for families with small children up to 10 years old (maybe). The room was cleaned daily, the bed sheets were changed every 3 days. We were provided daily with water, coffee and fruits in the room. The food included in half-board (breakfast and lunch) was great. For breakfast there were choices for everybody, ingredients looked like good quality. For lunch there were 4 types of soups, chicken, pork, beef, fish and seafood, salad, various side dishes and deserts. The food from Leto Restaurant , a la carte was not so great, a 7 maybe. The pools were cleaned (not daily), the staff was kind. They provide parking lots with a guard. There are a lot of playgrounds (in the pool, a garden, near the restaurant). A kids and adult show every night. Private beach that was well maintained with a bar. Improvements needed: the food from Leto restaurant (a la carte menu). For us it was a good value for what they offer.

I couldn't make a reservation for spa, it was impossible. I ask for a reservation on Thursday, on Wednesday somebody from the spa contact me and told me to speak to the reception when I arrive. The woman at the reception on Tuesday give me a business card to contact the spa, I told her I spoke a day before there. Very poor organisation, you can't make a reservation at the spa. Very disappointed interaction.

The hotel looks so nice and modern. There is enough parking and there is a watchman gate entrance for security. The restaurant is also amazing. Nice vine, wine, food and service. Our dinner came very quick and the staff where prompt. Overall, nice place

We are here for the 4th time but most probably the last time after this experince. The hotel is clean and nice, the staff from the reception was very nice as usual but even if they were fully booked there were only a few beachchairs they came by noon to bring extra ones when people started to complain loud The most nasty part was at the restaurant were we had to wait for more than one hour for some soups, we also ordered some souvlaki chicken that came RED (they served us and the kids meat that was not poperly cooked and even after we show them that we can not eat something like that they still charged us with 2 until we complained). Even if the restaurant was not full we had to search ourself for plates and forks because in more tha an hour they did not had the time to bring us some (plus we recieved plastic glasses as they did not had enuogh glasses in the restaurant).

Our stay at Novum by the Sea was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the sea view and luxurious atmosphere. We enjoyed indulging in the delicious cuisine at the hotel restaurant that made our dining experience truly unforgettable. The spa services were a highlight of our stay, offering a serene escape where we could relax and unwind together. The staff's attention to detail and personalized service made us feel incredibly special throughout our stay. We can't wait to return for another romantic escape by the sea! Highly recommended for couples seeking a luxurious and intimate getaway.

Don’t go to Novum by the Sea. I do not recommend. Dirty, poor quality in everything. I do not recommend. Don't go there. Here's why : - at approximately 18:00 there is no hot water (when everyone comes to the room to take a shower, obviously). - it is a hotel for families but the wifi doesn't work in the restaurant just when the kids want to stay with an iPad, incredibly poorly managed restaurant - there is a lot of noise in the rooms (you can hear it from the entrance and from two floors away even.). It's an extremely thin door, with 3 cm between the door and the floor, and it closes only when it is slammed, as a result, the doors in the hotel are slammed from morning until late at night). Soundproofing is non-existent. - the light in the living room is below head level (I am 1.82). It's a risk for anyone sitting here to take a light bulb in their head and break their head when the light is on. Big safety risk. - the evening meal is a complete disaster, they changed the wine in the glasses without telling us (with another wine)... it took 45 minutes to bring our drinks. Food comes when they want and in what order they want. Some children eat faster, others after 30 minutes. The same with adults. Appetizers come in turn as and when they want, as well as the main course.. - the parking lot - "park where you can" says the lady at the reception. I found it only at the entrance, extremely far away. The building has underground parking and they know that we are coming, because they have the reservation. Zero logic. Zero. - dirty rooms - the child had white socks, in half an hour they were black; I could continue but I don't think it makes sense. If you don't want to get angry, stay at home or go somewhere else.
