3HB Clube Humbria - All Inclusive

We were given a taxi from the airport,which was great. On entering the hotel we were made very welcome. Amazingly clean hotel, unfortunately we were offered a room up a steep incline, my mum has mobility issues,which did cause a problem. The restaurant was great, different themed night, I'm a strict vegetarian and thought I would struggle,but the head waiter is very welcoming and points out which food is available to you. All staff are so friendly, daytime entertainment,and evening entertainment is great. We would have liked at least one day away from the hotel but the rep never provided information for trips out. Great hotel for kids,I would highly recommend.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted, reception answered all our questions. The safe is free for your stay as is daily pool towels. The apartment is very spacious. Bedroom was already equipped with a travel cot which was amazing quality. Kitchen had no cutlery, plates etc but has a microwave, kettle (great for baby bottles) and fridge. You can easily request all these from staff though we were told if needed! You're all inclusive though so defos don't need any. You can get very large bottles of water from reception too at any time. TV has lots of channels and some are English too. Balcony is great and spacious. Pools have plenty of sunbeds around them so no need to rush. The pools are cold but you adjust easily once in. There was plenty of activities throughout the day and personally I only did the water aerobics which was great since I had a baby with us. Kids club is for 4+ but they allowed us to come in with our 8 month old to play with some toys whilst we watched them as we didn't pack many in our case! The park outside the kids club is excellent and even has a baby swing. The little aqua park is amazing quality too and is great for older children as adults can relax beside the pool whilst their children are in it. Food was high quality and you are always greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. They are always making fresh food for the buffet. I would say they do serve a variety but not as much chicken if you're fussy. Not to worry but as the snack station at the pool bar was the best thing ever! They served snacks, fruit, toasties, hotdogs, fries, yoghurt etc and we loved it. Also by far the best all inclusive drinks I've had! The sangria is amazing and definitely worth trying. Location is great just 10 minute walk from the beach literally down the hill. Little pubs and cafes on that route that show football too. Pharmacy 5 minuted away and little gift shops are everywhere. I also love that in every block of apartments there a "recycle" box, you'll find items that people that are going home no longer need such as pool floats, buckets and spade, beach chairs etc. We took a beach shade and returned it too when leaving was a lovely idea! We mostly missed the night entertainment because its on late for us. There's a mini disco at 8 and then the main entertainment starts at 9pm. From what I did see it was great but get down early to get a seat as they fill up quickly. Staff were amazing and friendly but most importantly ready to drop anything to help you. Can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back in the next few years!

We have just got back from a trip to this hotel and it was brilliant. The hotel is perfect for young children and families. We travelled with our 1 and half year old and she loved it there. The layout is great with the restaurant and bar at one end and then the hotel rooms in blocks around the pool. We had a room right at the top but it wasn’t far to walk and meant the evening entertainment did not disturb our toddler at night. The layout is in a big circle which means it is really good for pushchairs and us plus many other families were often walking the loop getting children to nap. The hotel was spotless clean, I’ve never seen a hotel being cleaned so much non stop. Even the spoons/ tongs were swapped regularly in the restaurant. I saw some previous reviews about people reserving sunbeds but this was not an issue when we went (first week in September). We always headed down to the pool after a late breakfast and often we were some of the first around the pool. We even got up and moved to a different pool or down to the splash park and never had any trouble finding more sunbeds. The food was brilliant, always something different each day and a great selection for fussy children (and adults). The beach is only a short walk away and nice for a change of scenery. The playground was great for our toddler who wasn’t overly keen on the pool and also the kids club allow younger children in with their parents to play with the toys there (they have a playhouse and toy kitchen etc) which kept our toddler entertained when she got bored of the toys we brought with us. Could not recommend this hotel enough. I was very sad to leave. Tip- ask for a pool view room.

Stayed here from 1st -12th September arrived around 11am checked in rooms were not ready given wrist bands and told to enjoy all inclusive rooms were ready by 2.30 .rooms very spacious with nice beds large living room area with kitchen shower was a little out dated and when putting it on would go everywhere hotel is very clean throughout the hotel people cleaning all day everyday, all inclusive food was very nice and always warm all inclusive drinks were very good you could get something to eat all day from the restaurant while that was not open there was a snack bar which was very good pools were freezing all the time entertainment was a little disappointing from last year with a few of the animation team leaving the management were always going around and checking on the surroundings of the hotel and radioing in if there was a problem I thought the lifeguards were a waste of time as the were always on their phones overall a great hotel but the entertainment needs improving we were there 11 nights and seen one show four times the only negative really is where there are loads of smokers near the snack bar by the entrance of the hotel plus people smoking tapes around the pool

Lovely hotel, the variety and quality of food is excellent, rooms cleaned every day as if you’re a new arrival. In General hotel inside & outside is spotless. Staff very attentive. Only real criticism is the bar cocktails are not the best of drinks, but that’s just picking.

A place for kids (not couples) We travelled as a family with young babies and was made to feel very welcome . Our rooms were not quite ready but we're led in to lunch . Food - good all-around choice, but after 7 seven days, I got a bit samey ! Always fresh and nicely presented. Rooms - Well, they are more like apartments living room we never used had no need but handy, I guess. I'm not sure why we had a kitchen as we had no cutlery or pans, etc!! And it's all inclusive, very spacious, good air con and cleaned to perfection every day . Pool areas - All pools lovely, yes, a little cold, but on hot days, it was refreshing. There are lots of sunbed savings, which is annoying, but we just settled for what we could get . Music was sometimes way too loud . Clean areas, though, and life guards manned . Entertainment- Bands were fab and Portuguese parade & show etc but again if your doing a 2nd week then expect to see all again ! On the whole we had a good stay staff clearing in restaurant was amazing . All staff extremely friendly a big plus to the hotel . I personally don't think this is a hotel for couples or people not taking children as its extremely geared up for children not couples wanting peace & quite

We have recently stayed at Clube Humbria and what an absolutely amazing Hotel. We travelled as a family myself husband, 2 girls 3 and 7 and my parents. We had 2 separate rooms and at request were put close to each other. We arrived and both rooms were ready immediately and check in was excellent with everything explained. Rooms are massive and cleaned every day , maids always put extra touches with using toddlers blankets or pj's to make into a lovely shape. Pool towels provided and fresh towels every day in bathroom. Fridge , microwave and small cooking hob area if needed. Lovely balconies with drying rack for wet clothes, chairs and tables.. Bottled Water provided at reception daily and cold water dispensers in bars and restaurant. All inclusive, food is incredible something for everyone.. we often like t venture out an have some meals out but this is first holiday where we ate in every day and every meal.. incredible and not repetitive. All inclusive drinks also fab, super bock on tap which hubby was over the moon with.. slush puppies , cocktails cocktails and usual spirits .. coffee machine also at bar outside for when breakfast is closed. Entertainment was fab, girls loved it with a mini disco at 8pm every night, disney night, magic, bands , singer, and piraye themed fair night which they loved winning coins and having fun. Beach was a short walk and lovely area. We also travelled to lovely beach nearby in albufeira town.. we used uber so cheap and easy, we also booked zoo marine a must do! Dolphin and sea lion shows, rides and water slides so much fun. Portugal is amazing and the hotel was fantastic, the staff made the experience with the attention to detail, the way they treated and behaved with the kids was lovely, giving them attention, chatting and entertaining them made it extra special. One day we were out for morning and came back, sun beds were all gone but this was late afternoon and completely understandable, we had no issues and put towels down on grass as a lovely grass area round pool next minute the manager or a supervisor walked past and she arranged for Sunbeds.. a golf cart turned up and 2 men dropped us Sunbeds.. above and beyond! Onside park. Waterside. Kids club. Small arcades, ping pong you name it.. We loved it so much we have rebooked for next August, first time rebooting same place.. Thank you, honestly cannot understand how anyone can give this place a bad review! My parents also said they had the best time, definitely recommend for families

This holiday resort truly made our holiday a special one! From the food to the entertainment and excellent members of staff. The food was absolutely delicious, there was food available throughout the whole day from the restaurant as well as the snack bar. We were also greeted and shown to our table by amazing catering staff who we found very friendly and professional. The entertainment was one of our favourite things to do throughout our stay. There was always something going out and hosted by the holiday reps and entertainment team. The activities included; aqua aerobics, mini golf, darts, and sangria making. In the evening there was different shows put on by the entertainment team which consisted of; Disney enchanted show, Pirate night, Hollywood show, and performances from local bands. A massive shoutout to Pedro! He was amazing with the children and adults with his sass and witty jokes. He really made this holiday for us and made us feel a part of the 3HB family by always greeting us with a smile and remembering our names for the whole 2 weeks we were there. This holiday resort is located pretty much walking distance to everywhere; a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute drive to Albufeira and a 20 minute drive to Zoomarine which we highly recommend. I would 100% recommended this holiday resort and we will definitely be back!

Just returned from a fabulous family holiday at the 3HB. We stayed for 10 nights from late August with two boys aged 10 & 14. Below is our feedback: Positives: Cleanliness (the hotel is spotless) Staff (shout out to Pedro!) Management Team, always visible and checking in with you at meal time. Entertainment Programme and team (they cannot do enough for you and the Programme is varied, we enjoyed football, mini golf, petanque and aqua aerobics) Food and Drink (lots of choice and the standard is very good for an all-inclusive buffet) The little things, free bottles of water, free towels, and free room safe! Negatives: Location, the beaches nearby are lovely, but Olhos de Agua is a little run down and needs some TLC. Sunbeds, you have to be up early to secure 4 sunbeds for the day, if you wanted some by the pool you had to be down there before 07:30. The 'no saving' of sunbeds policy is not followed. Would we stay in the hotel again? Yes, we would but may have to consider as our 14-year-old son was border line too old. If you have children under the age of 12 the hotel is perfect for you.
