The beach is semi-private, accessible only to members of Cornfield Point, which means you might see a few people out there sometimes, especially during peak season (July/August).Air-conditioning is via window units in the bedrooms only. Living areas have quiet oscillating fans. Most find this to be very comfortable because of consistent ocean breeze.
