The breakfast pancake machine was not working the lady who was making the breakfast I asked if they had a waffle machine she started talking to me in Spanish and i told her I don’t speak Spanish they has no meat other than pork an I’m allergic to pork so wasn’t much of a variety , Saturday night my coworker went out to the store around midnight and had to wait and 10 to 15 for security to open the door when the desk clerk she looked at him and she knew he was staying there cause when we checked in she added his name to the room and told us that no one could come to the room beside us in which that’s the 1st time I ever heard that in my 3 years of working as a hotel Guest observer , Saturday morning we asking the cleaning lady to refill the shower soap she walked into the shower with her shoes on leaving dirt from her shoes in the shower and she only added a little wasn’t even half way and 2 of us had to shower ,Sunday my last morning there we could hear threw the vents someone arguing . . The heat didn’t warm up the room at all . I’ve machine wasn’t working had to go to 3rd floor to get ice , wasn't told that either while checking in … Friday my 1st night went down to the desk clerk which was a Gentleman and asked for plates and blankets and a sheet and that worked out , Due to not enough soap in room I went down Sunday morning and ask the desk clerk it was a older Gentleman for soap and that worked out . The Property was nice and well maintained. I along several family members in my party complained about poor cable TV service my room only got 3 Channels. It was a rainy weekend, and it was March Madness weekend, therefore I planned to stay in and watch Basketball 🏀 all day. I was not able to do so 😏 I complained the first night of my 4 night stay, they finally moved me the last night of my stay. Totally unacceptable, they promised me a discounted rate for my inconvenience, that didn’t/hasn’t happened. 😡

Once again there were issues with the pool and sauna. Another day I’ve had to break promises to my kid.

We only booked this hotel two days ago, and the hot tub has been closed for the past three days. It really should be posted that the hot tub is closed we might have chosen a different hotel.

The room was incredibly clean! The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast in the morning was good. We were very pleased with our stay!

So unhappy with our 2 night stay. As soon as we checked in our rooms phone did not work, heater was broken, no extra blankets available, room was cold with two children and still no more rooms available to switch to. So our family of 4 including 2 children!!! had to sleep in the freezing cold room. Pool didn't have towels available, front desk didn't have extras either! Never again will I book here. Ever

There is a gym and a very nice pool. A full breakfast and vegetarian options which was super helpful for those who are traveling. The room was very clean and neat; the bathroom and the room were very spacious. I had a double room which could fit 4 to 5 people. The TV was good, I was able to watch a movie. Definitely, I will come back :)

The room I was put in was clean but not up dates in a while. Missing cortical blinds or shades. Just a old dusty shade in room 116
