Super stylish design hotel with only 22 rooms. Room spacious with nice terrace, feel almost like your own house. Very good bed and luxurious bedding. Personally would prefer the seating a bit more comfy and less design, but certainly looks great. Bathroom a little small. The pool feels like your own private pool with views on the mountains and Costa Smeralda. The "pool boy" also takes care of the manicured grounds, even cleaning the glass enclosures. For those who need to keep up their excercise, a small gym with high end technogym cardio equipment and free weights. Sauna was not functional during our stay. In addition to the buffet breakfast with made to order eggs, we ordered a salad from the kitchen, which was super fresh with high quality ingredients. Young dedictaed staff, who aim to please. Special mention to Maria the rooms division manager, who is invested to ensure the best possible experience for her guests.

Fantastic hotel with gorgeous views from your balcony. Sulia House is the perfect place to stay in Sardinia. It's close to Olbia but far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Watching the sunset from your balcony is the best way to cap off a day spent sightseeing along the Costa Smeralda. We loved everything about this hotel. The food, the pool, breakfast on the terrace and the staff are all excellent. Will stay longer the next time we return.

Had the most amazing and relaxing stay at this beautiful property. The staff were outstanding, the views breathtaking and the pool facilities so fantastic that we struggled to motivate ourselves to leave the hotel! Highly recommended

My wife and I had an amazing time at Sulia’s beautiful property. What made it special was the Sulia team! I’m in the hospitality business and the team’s high touch and attention to detail are exceptional on all fronts. From concierge, kitchen, house keeping, etc… all 10/10. Rooms are kept extremely clean and they are posh and modern. Very nice touch given a lot of Costa Smeralda is dated. Gym and sauna are exceptional (Feels like you are at Equinox). Pool is great for later in the afternoon after coming off the water and beaches - perfect pool service. One of the best spots in north Sardinia for aperativo. Views and hotel set-up is out of a vogue magazine. Will 100% stay here next time in Costa Smeralda.

We spent six days in this wonderful hotel and cannot recommend highly enough. The architecture and gardens are exquisitely designed, the room restful (we had a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea and mountains beyond) and the food and wine delicious. A special mention to the staff, who are to a man charming and efficient and helpful. Coming from the UK (!) it was quite amazing to experience service with such a can-do spirit. A joy from start to finish, thank you Team Sulia, we will be back!

Great boutique hotel. Ideal for a couples escape, beautiful views and very calm and serene environment. All the staff is very friendly and loved to meet them all. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back. Grazie mille per la ospitalità

An amazing stay at this small(only 22 rooms) boutique hotel. Everything was perfect,beautiful property,nicely decorated rooms,hotel’s common area and restaurant. Manicured grounds. Very nice and helpful staff ,from a front desk throughout the restaurant and housekeeping. Highly recommended place.

We enjoyed this location very much! There are 22 rooms and we stayed in #3 which has the highest elevated view of serenity. The room was tastefully decorated and came with treats. We felt at home and the staff is wonderful and goes beyond measure to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. This is definitely a diamond in the rough! We will be back!
