This resort is massive and spread out across a very steep hillside. You have to be fit to walk up and down the steep steps and their are hundreds of them. The pool is massive too - but there is only one pool for hundreds of people - and when we were there it was only open 10am-1pm 3pm-7pm...closed 1pm-3pm regardless of the weather. Mid September and the only cafe/restaurant closed...one small mini-market and after that a drive out to supermarket in Portocisco 3-miles away. The resort staff were helpful, our accommodation was basic - a time share (RCI) swap - but nowhere near as well equipped as our base resort. There are excellent beaches a short drive away. There were tennis courts but we did not use them. There are excellent views. Olbia airport is 15-minutes away.

Left stay in our car first night reception open when they want when they do open there very ignorant not helpfull every thing is an add on 70 for cleaning 10 for towels 50for pool 35 for tv 15 a day for Aircon false advertising on there website place should be closed down whole resort is dated old furniture dodgy repair work done

Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla bella piscina che è sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello del residence. La struttura è fatiscente e trascurata; l'appartamento preso in affitto era sporco, con un letto non preparato, le ante dei mobili della cucina erano a pezzi, il box doccia con un anta che non si chiudeva, rubinetti che perdevano e sciacquone che si incastrava. Forti di una cauzione di 100 euro depositata al check-in senza ricevuta, c'è un decalogo di regole e penali (discutibili) quali 20 euro per ogni ora di ritardato check-out, 26 euro per mancata pulizia del fornello, 30 euro per le eventuali immondizie lasciate però chiedono 50 euro per la pulizia finale. Gli asciugamani non sono compresi nel prezzo (10 euro a persona). Tutti i servizi della piazzetta non erano disponibili in quanto in chiusura di stagione. Reception scortese ed incompetente. Sconsigliata

Pessima struttura! Receptionist arroganti e poco professionali! Edifici fatiscenti! Bilocale in condizioni pessime! Unica nota positiva.. un po’ di animazione e qualche film serale e navetta gratuita per la spiaggia! Foto ingannevoli di un villaggio che era ai suoi massimi storici anni e anni fa. Non lasciatevi ingannare!

Ho soggiornato c/o il residence Cugnana Verde con la mia famiglia dal 4 al 14 settembre in un monolocale vicino alla piscina . Ci siamo trovati molto bene . Abbiamo fatto la spesa ad Olbia al Conad più vicino Spazio Conad nel Centro Commerciale. Dal residence è possibile visitare tutte le spiagge più belle della costa Smeralda . Il mese di settembre è stato perfetto il tempo bellissimo e le spiagge poco affollate . Noi abbiamo visitato anche due spiagge in un giorno poiché sono tutte vicinissime fra di loro e un pezzo di spiaggia libera c è sempre accanto alla spiaggia attrezzata. Alla reception del residence sono stati molto carini e ci hanno spiegato tutto . Consiglio questo residence per il buon prezzo e per la vicinanza a tantissimi luoghi della costa Smeralda.

Franco e Titta della “Piazzetta dei Sapori” Minimarket ci hanno coccolato con i loro deliziosi panini preparati con tanta gentilezza ed abbondanti ingredienti di prima qualità…senza dimenticare il prezzo conveniente! È il posto perfetto per acquistare il lunch-box per la spiaggia (con anche della frutta). Se lo chiederai, Franco e Titta ti diranno quali sono i loro ristoranti preferiti per cenare! Grazie! Per arrivare sul posto ci sono tornanti e salite con forte pendenza e curve a gomito.Il villaggio ha una bella piscina pulita e tenuta bene,mentre tutta la struttura si presenta vecchia ,sembra di essere in un labirinto.... Ottimo il servizio di navetta gratuita che porta alla spiaggia! Come attività commerciali,ci sono un locale che fa da bar e ristorante,un negozio di articoli da mare,un chioschetto e un piccolo negozio di alimentari,dove i prezzi sono allucinanti....non esiste un bancomat....e per trovare altri servizi, bisogna spostarsi in macchina in altri paesi .... Non adatta a persone disabili.....

Consiglio vivamente il minimarket “La piazzetta dei Sapori” di fronte al palco e piscine. Franco e’ veramente gentile, e simpatico, e i prodotti che vende sono squisiti ed eccellenti. Buonissimi sia i panini che prepara che le cotolette impanate direttamente da loro. Ci torneremo! Saluti da Brescia!

Dopo una fregatura di un altro hotel, io e il mio compagno abbiamo trovato un monolocale in questo villaggio meraviglioso. Personale super disponibile e professionale. Monolocale ok, un po’ il caldo ma quello ci sta essendo estate e in pieno agosto!! Piscina non a pagamento, sempre pulita, adatta sia a grandi che piccini. Organizzazione della giornata top. Villaggio situato in una posizione super strategica. Qualità-prezzo eccellente. Offre servizio di animazione che a mio parere potrebbe migliorare. Altro punto a favore: servizio navetta GRATUITO per la spiaggia. Nota super positiva visti i prezzi per i parcheggi!! Torneremo sicuramente!
